Recieved a melted bouquet of lindt balls. I sent an email.and had no response, so messaged through live chat. David was extremely rude and unhelpful. I expected due to the heat they would have packaged taking this into consideration as I have experienced with abel and cole, riverford, planthood, grubby (just to mention a few food delivery services I have used over the years). It felt like a 30min message battle where I was being accused of lying. Even when I asked if it's easy to open and re-package, I received an unhelpful and sarcastic response.
As a business owner I am often seeking companies from which I can send gifts to clients! 100% won't be using Goat gifts, waste of time and money.

The website was very easy to navigate. I made an error with my order and their response was very quick and they resolved it immediately. (I contacted them on instagram)
I did nit physically see the items but the recipients really liked them

Good service ! ..... I chased them up by email and telephone for a missed delivery , only to find after a returned call by them that I was wrong .... it was for the following day . Embarrassing for me , but they were very polite when pointing out my error . The item turned up on time the following day all as promised .

I didn’t realise they were fake flowers and was very embarrassed when the recipient received them.

I placed an order with Goats Gift, it was a birthday gift, so I emailed the company asking when I would receive the shipping information, because it was a birthday gift and I needed it by the chosen date, but since the order had been placed on 28th May 2025, I was sent an email saying because I needed the product on 30th all shipping information will be sent at 5pm on 29th May 2025.
So I waited as I was advised.
Received the email but the parcel did not arrive on the 30th as they had said it would, and when I emailed them, all I got was sorry factors we can’t help with caused the delay.
The customer service showed no compassion or seemed apologetic, the upset look on my daughters face when the flowers she had asked for did not arrive in time for her birthday, isn’t worth it. Due to the the company not admitting fault that it was because of their delay in posting the product out, that it was delayed, shows they don’t care about customers as long as they have received payment.
I am very disheartened and therefore I have advised all friends and family, and also work colleagues of this matter! Because I had been clear from the start that it was a birthday gift and when I needed it by. Furthermore the company shouldn’t offer a date of delivery if it can’t deliver on the selected dates! The stress, upset wasn’t worth the money I paid for the product!
