online system doesnt work! goods not in stock when online shows they are.
Ordered goods which showed 98 in stock on 25 April. May 9th emailed to say they couldn't get the stock and were issuing a refund and Took till 14th May (Nearly 3 weeks since taking my card details) to get a refund. Didnt help that I was contacted by P&B to say thanks for my order (please see invoice which was for the wrong goods) and they were shipping (which I thought was a scam) didn't realise or been informed P&B had been aquired by goat

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry for the experience you had.
Unfortunately, although the stock showed as available when you ordered, a manufacturing issue meant the products were not up to our standards. We chose not to send out inadequate items, which led to the refund being delayed. We completely understand how frustrating this was and apologise for both the delay and lack of clarity.
Regarding the confusion with P&B, they have not been acquired by GOAT Marine. The two businesses continue to operate independently, though we work closely together, attending events like the Dinghy Show as partners, and have had joint articles published.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience and are reviewing our processes to avoid this in future.

Great purchases with Vouchers for Xmas
For a couple of items in the sale using vouchers I got for Xmas. Responsive to emails and helpful on the phone. Would recommend. Tracy in particular very helpful checking stock sizes and arranging postage ;-)
