They’re extremely tight! I think I’ve only one on this site and maybe twice three times max. Their customer service is extremely rude. They offer daily coupons but when you redeem them daily without a “DEPOSIT”, and you make it through the ridiculous play through they provide and you file for withdrawal they deny your withdrawal by either lying and saying you’ve played a game that goes against the terms and conditions of the coupon or they lying say you’ve redeemed too many coupons in between that coupon and your last deposit or they come up with some new bullshit about you have to make a deposit before you can claim another coupon if your previous transaction was a withdraw, whether it was a cash deposit or a coupon withdraw it doesn’t matter if you make a withdrawal, you have to deposit before you can claim another coupon and they will refuse to pay your coupon winnings and avoid your transaction and will not respond when you question about it. Did I mention their customer service is extremely rude and nasty and a headache to even have to consult. And you never have any comps or free spins or any goodies available let them tell it. As well as the fact that they let you redeem coupon after coupon after coupon and then deny your winnings that is definitely bait and switch because the system shouldn’t allow you to do that if that’s against the rules, but you guys allow people to go against the rules it’s just so you deny their withdrawal, smart tactic, horrible ethic, but they don’t care at all.
