These people are 100% gatekeeping frauds. Sign up for their extremely expensive Cloudghost service, request the links you need, and nothing is approved.

They're gatekeeping products until "They" deem you are worthy (even though you've paid to utilize their services), and you will receive nothing.

I should have listened to everyone flagging these guys with 1 stars as they're worth far less than that)

Yes I ordered in January I never received anything I tried to contact them no response.

Only one star because 0 wasn’t listed. Just like everyone here I’ve had the same problem. When I first complained to Mark he said if I wait he’ll credit me 15% which I never did get that was in March. I ordered earbuds in February here it is September no more responses from Mark since then it’s a scam people don’t do it. I also see they are advertising on Facebook which is not good trying to rip even more people off. I’m on Ss and explained that to him I can’t afford to pay for a product I saved up for and not receive it. Shame on you!!

2by4 LLC/Go Audios DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SITES. May 9, 2020 I thought I purchased 2) sets of bluetooth stereo ear buds and a FREE bluetooth speaker. They took my credit card payment no problem. A week later I emailed through the customer support email address. They have never responded to my shipping information request. I ended up emailing them 4) times and even tried Mark's email. Each email I wrote them my words got bolder. They never attempted a response to my emails. I found their phone number that went directly to busy. Must be an internet number. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID! STAY AWAY FROM 2by4 LLC/Goaudios

Not even 1 star! I try to be diligent when I order anything online, but I got suckered on this one.

Bottom line: There is no product
Question: Aside from taking my money (and the money of others), is the card information being sold as well?

Ordered 7 months ago and nothing received. Sent final e-mail today. If no satisfaction in 48 hours, State Attorney will have copies of ALL correspondence, IP address, history etc. FBI Internet Fraud Division will be notified, Social media 'influencers' will be notified - including in the town of business. This will stop here.

Placed an order on December 19, 2019 and have yet to receive it. Was given a 15% discount, which was nice, over a month ago and haven't received that either. Horrible, just horrible. I've since sent two emails with no response.

This company is scam i never got my earbuds been talking to this mark guy he told me i would get my refund tht was like 3 months ago this company should be shut down

Yes this is a scam company. But you can do things that will disrupt their activity. Contact your attorney generals ofc to file a complaint. Make a report to the FBI cyber fraud dept. Make a claim to your bank to dispute the charges you paid for product never received. These are all actions that will turn the heat way up on this company if enough people follow through.

Never got my earbuds.. seeking refund as we speak!! What a SHAM!!

This company gets 1 star because at least, unlike others who reviewed, I got the earbuds. The problem is I have 30 days to return them, which I want to do, but they won't let you return them unless you have an RMA number, and I can't seem to get one. I called the 1-800 number and got a recording. The recording states it's faster to send email to support and he even spells out the email address. The problem is, every email to that address bounces back as undeliverable, and the email is to smartshoppe.com, not goaudio.com. I've also sent emails to Mark at goaudios and to another support email address I found, but no response. Seems like a scam. Buyer beware.

I too have fallen victim to this scam! My order was placed on January 9th 2020 and the charge was deducted from my account almost immediately as of Feb. 15th still no product only one return email after 1 week and was told due to high demand there was a back order. I will be seeking a refund but really don't hold out much hope for a positive outcome. Beware!

ZERO. I cannot rate this this company, is a fraud. I've been dealing WITH this so called "MARK" after 11 days without shipment
then every 3 to 4 days without a response regarding shipment, then deciding refund after 3 weeks (started Dec 20th 2019), and its it's been almost 7 weeks now and they have not refunded me after 3 weeks. So called "Mark" at goaudios, promise to refund the money within their " 5 to 7 days". I have reported "Mark's" company to the Better Business Bureau and hopefully I will get a response and resolution from them and honest response and get my money back.Were only talking about a $117 of this fraud company, but it adds up to this guys pocket book to other honest people who have faith when ordering products online, like me, from this company..Do not, PLEASE DO NOT send your hard earned money to this shister. YOU will only go through what I am going through as to date. Roll the dice if you may.

I ordered two sets of ear buds on October 11th and have not received them as of today, MLK Day. I DID receive the free waterproof speaker that was part of the deal when I ordered the earbuds. As with everyone else, my card was charged immediately, and when you call the 800 number that is on the bottom of the website, it mentions the company name as 'SmarterShop' and tells you to send an email to an address, which instantly comes back as undeliverable. This company sucks. If they are even the slightest bit legit, they certainly don't show it. Gonna try to get my money back.

How could anyone, even 17% write a good review. This company is a scam. You cannot contact them either my email or phone, as they do not respond. Also their emails are returned as undeliverable. But they sure know how to take your money. The day I got my ear buds I have to return them. They are not what they were purported to be and do not fit my ear or work for me. I, in turn, called my bank because I felt this was a fraud, especially since I could not contact them. I got my money refunded. I will be doing everything I can to report this company and their scam.

Ordered my ear buds and free speaker on 12/24 and never received them. Sent email to "Mark" and no response. Canceled my
$117 charge with credit card company; is now in dispute. Looks like a scam got me. Not a good way to start a New Year!

Placed order 23 Dec, and have not received anything as of today. Have emailed that Mark character, with no results. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

Placed order for 2 sets of earbuds & free speaker on Dec. 15, 19. $127.91 on my card right away. Dec. 24, 2019 no earbuds or speaker as of yet. Sent emails to support and to mark as instructed on goaudio, on 12/24/19, no response. I called phone number on goaudio site. Mans voice, could not understand what was being said. Received order number and other information on my Comp. Which looked legit. Printed for my records. Looks like I got taken. Will notify bbb ,& AG in Mi. and Co. Home State. Hope I receive my order.
