I purchased a flight on a search engine thinking it was a flight but it turned out to be a bus trip. The description made it sound as though the entire trip was via flights. When I complained the company forwarded me back attachments on non-secure email with all of my person identifying information in it for anyone on the internet to see w/out deleting such information. They also refused to refund the flight nor replace it with another flight. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your tickets.

Great agency , I had a flight from Lj to Frankfurt. Had all i need in time. Even tho i had some questions, custumer supporter was there to help me out. Organisation and system of working things out are great. I recommend this agency to anyone, trust me you won't regret.
