The order from GOBEKUSA was shiped from My Boxio. 1 of 3 items was opened used and resealed brfore being shipped to me. I assume a used return. I have had this issue in the past with My Boxio Inc. They don't seem to mind sending customers used product. This is of great concern because one must ask was this used return Boxio Solo used as is or for a toilet?

You had exactly what I wanted, when the actual company neglected to tell me the product was discontinued. And sent me something I didn’t want. Thank you..

I have never received the product samples i paid for.

I was afraid this was a scam and it turned out everything checked out and they made good on the mistake.

I ordered a marble sink in February with 8-14 week delivery time. Communication was good even if the delivery was taking a long time. Then I was informed in June the order was rejected at the port of Savannah and had been returned to Turkey. I was certain this was a scam and asked for a full refund. They had offered some alternatives but also quickly agreed to the refund. This act of quick resolution coupled with more information about actual shipping problems made me reassess my original skepticism. I subsequently reordered the sink with the agreement it would be air freighted in 4-8 weeks. The sink arrived today, in great condition, and in 4 weeks. I love it! Exactly what was shown in photos for approval. I regret jumping to conclusions about it being a scam - but these days it’s so hard to know once things start going a little wrong. Fortunately they quickly made it right and I have received the intended product.

I ordered two wall hooks a few months before they were to be installed in a new construction. When I realized I needed a 3rd hook, I ordered a single hook and it was smaller overall than the first two. When I requested an exchange for all three hooks, I was initially told only the 3rd would be exchanged as the first 2 were outside of the return period. After I explained that I needed 3 hooks that matched, Gobek agreed to refund all 3 hooks. I really appreciate them making this right.

On June 9th my wife ordered a sink on Gobekusa.com for $854.05. We received order confirmation and my payment was accepted. 10 days later, on June 19th, my wife received an email from a Rebecca Fox at gobek, informing her that their "IT team discovered and corrected a price mismatch for the sink you ordered. Due to this, we are unable to process your order at the previous price."

Instead they said the price would be $1,380 but to "make up for it" they would give us a 7% discount and sell it to us for $1,283, or 51% above the order price.

Tried to reason with them, but it was like hitting my head against the wall.
