Difficult to reach customer service agent. Package was never delivered! Terrible!

The delivery was perfect.
I have to return two of the items due to the size.
What address should I return the items?

Delivery guys were prompt, did a good job

You guys suck no help what so ever first you said you try to deliver my package but the address was wrong then you said the package was lost or stolen

Horrible last mile delivery company. First shipment left package at the end of the halfway. On top of that the delivery photo included someone else's delivery. Second shipment lost, delivered to another address. Incompetent delivery people.

Horrible service, ordered a package from a clothing store that was delivered and dropped off at the front of my building at 10PM (left outside on a New York City street) not in my lobby or at my apt door. Needless to say the package was stolen. Incredibly unprofessional parcel service and reckless with consumer delivery information. Seeking a resolution with the company, and making sure to never use this service.

Package was delivered on time and to the right address

I was able to put delivery instructions in email/text and delivery was perfect and hassle free. Thank you go GoBolt!

Never received 5 packages and can't reach nobody to ask about it, they stilling the items.

Said “delivered successfully” sent an image for proof that was a close up of my address on a package. I went out immediately upon receiving text and email that it was delivered. It was not there. Terrible.

Package arrived on time and placed securely.

This company, kept canceling my Shifts from day one. and the one day I got a shift they canceled the remaining 9 shifts for NO REASON SAYING DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS.LIES!! LIES!!! THEY ONLY WANT SPANISH/LATINOS WORKING THERE..AND THE ROUTE WAS NOT IN ORDER.....THRASH

Useless. Left my package on an NYC street--who does that?--instead of using the intercom to buzz my apartment. Also, they obviously re-packed my order for whatever reason and almost all parts were missing, which renders it useless. They obviously also don't have customer support agents, just a bot. I thought no one could be worse than OnTrac, but apparently I was wrong.

This is the second time that they are not accurate with the delivery date ..this time 3 times it's been switched..the 16th then today the 17th now I go into there site and it switched for tomorrow the 18th..like wtf...

I've been watching this driver circle my location for two days in a row on GoBolt's live tracking. I live on a major street, but finding it seems to be impossible for them.

My package was supposed to be delivered by 9 PM yesterday, but surprise! It wasn't. I doubt it will today either. If PiggyShip can find their way here even with their dismal track record, I don't see why GoBolt can't.
