Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. The delivery driver (VISHU VISHUMATTU) that drove vehicle with license plate "Ontario BY99474" on September 6, 2024, is very unprofessional, lacks honesty, and customer service skills.

GoBolt driver (VISHU VISHUMATTU) came to my building to drop off my Ikea items (Order number: 462801945) and REFUSED to complete the delivery. While at my address he called someone from his company GoBolt) and claimed that there's no elevator in my building even though there is one. I also showed him an email conversion I had with the building management with notification and approval to use the building elevator for the said delivery and apparently that was not enough for him to complete the delivery, and therefore he blatantly refused to deliver my Ikea items.

I am not sure if his action was racially motivated or otherwise, but his refusal to deliver my items even though there is an elevator in the building, and I was home is unexplainable.

IKEA order arrived on time

GoBolt delivered my IKEA order on time. It was helpful to be able to track the progress of the delivery. I received texts to update me on the time of the delivery that morning. The delivery people, Abdinasir and Mustafe, we helpful and professional. They carried all the items into the house for us.

If I could give GoBolt a negative star

If I could give GoBolt a negative star, I definitely would. They are rarely on time!

I am disgusted with their sub-poor level of service. We order from WeCook. Although WeCook meals are very good, the delivery service with GoBolt is garbage!

There is no way to track exactly where our order is. If you try to connect to tracking online, you get an error. If I contact via phone, I have been put on hold for an hour, with no one picking up.
This is a third world organization!

Be Cautious with This Warehouse Service

I strongly urge potential clients to review the contract meticulously before engaging with this company, especially the termination clause, which I found controversial after consulting with an attorney. My attempt to terminate the contract has been met with constant delays and obfuscation. Since initiating the termination process in February, the company has failed to provide a complete report of my inventory or confirm the actual quantities against their records. Moreover, they haven’t scheduled a pick-up date for the returned items.

My decision to leave stemmed from consistently poor service that began deteriorating in January 2024. The warehouse management system is flawed, leading to orders being automatically cancelled without notice. The operational issues have escalated to the point where even the warehouse staff have started to resign. This decline in service quality and staff stability has made it increasingly difficult to rely on their services. Potential clients should consider these issues carefully.

My recent delivery experience was…

My recent delivery experience was outstanding, thanks to REZA HITESH. He was not only punctual, ensuring my package arrived right on time, but also brought a friendly and helpful presence that truly made my day. His professionalism and attention to detail reflect positively on his company, showing they value customer service and employee excellence.

The company seems to understand the importance of such qualities in their staff, which undoubtedly enhances customer experiences. Encouraging and supporting more employees like Reza could only elevate their service further. Great job all around!

Unprofessional horrible company

Unprofessional horrible company. Attempted to deliver a 30” refrigerator with a tiny dolly , damaging my entry step. Tilted it over 45 degrees. Second crew was stellar but the fridge had a door manufacturing defect so it had to be taken back. 3d crew was rude and threatening, no straps tiny dolly for a fridge and so on. Tilted it 60 degrees. Horrible provider for IKEA. Rude driver.
