No email, text or call

So we purchased a bunch of stuff from IKEA, this company delivers for ikea and we also booked a mattress recycle pick up through IKEA for the day after they dropped off ikea items. No one showed up, no email, no text and no phone call. It has been a week and the old mattress is still in my dining room. Drop off was smooth as silk. Yes I have contacted IKEA first and their record shows it was scheduled for the day after drop off. I have sent and email to Go Bolt. We shall see what happens…..

The delivery drivers did an excellent job. Great communication and they were very professional overall.

Unreliable

Unreliable. The delivery updates are incorrect 90% of the time. They seem to be getting worse the longer they are in business. Definitely 2nd tier delivery service.

GoBolt is like bottom tier local…

GoBolt is like bottom tier local couriers in Canada, they don't even really deliver your package half the time. They'll then ship the item back after "unsuccessful delivery" attempts, when they never actually showed up to the address to begin with. There's no excuse for this, really low quality and lazy service. I don't know who's reviewing a 4.1 for this company, but it's probably not real. I've had MULTIPLE experiences with them, not once was it close to being good.

I have had the absolute worst delivery…

I have had the absolute worst delivery experience three times in a row: one package was left in front of a closed office building late at night, and another two were left in front of my residence without ringing the doorbell. All 3 packages were stolen. Absolute disaster customer service when you do manage to speak to someone. How they are still in business is beyond me. I hope people stop shipping with them.

I got an update regarding my package…

I got an update regarding my package that it's delivered already. However, when I checked, it's not there! Checked CCtv's but no one came and delivered my package. Proof of delivery shows only a picture of the package and no background at all! I encourage online stores don't ask this company to deliver for them. This company will just waste your money. No wonder they have really low score review.

Excellent delivery service

Very good delivery service. GoBolt will influence my shopping choices in the future. I am not usually at home during delivery windows and do not have an office, therefore UPS and others that require you to be home are more than inconvenient they are an active deterrent for me when making purchasing decisions. GoBolt was prompt and informative, i was not disturbed when they delivered my package. 100% satisfaction.

Very efficient delivery

They brought 11 boxes into the condo and put it all in our spare bedroom out of the way. They were really quick. And I ordered the items on Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday at 5pm so everything was quick about this delivery. They called when they were 5 minutes away but I knew they were close because I could see their progress on the tracking app.

I ordered a kitchen from IKEA and they…

I ordered a kitchen from IKEA and they use gobolt for the delivery. I specifically asked for a delivery on the 2nd floor. I was ask to count the steps and it was under the maximum amount allowed. When the driver arrived they refused to carry the 185 pieces on the 2nd floor they left everything in the entrance. I couldn’t get a hold of customer service from IKEA or gobolt to resolve the issue while they were on site. These automated systems are useless when you have an urgent issue. Zero stars.

Simply awful

Simply awful. Will not order from Lulu Lemon again because Bolt gives no information. At the moment my order is three days late and nobody seems to know where it is

Missing delivery

Missing delivery. Photos were taken of the package while outside, and then a photo of my front door inside but with the floor cropped out so I can see if it was left there. No evidence that the package was actually left behind when marked as delivered.

No communication and terrible delivery, takes forever

No communication and terrible delivery. Third time I’ve had a package from lululemon shipped with this company. First time it took almost three weeks to be delivered. Second time a week. This time it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting. The updates are non existent on when the pkg will arrive. The items are coming from a store in Vancouver and I am a 45 min drive away. If an item from lululemon has to come from Ontario, it gets delivered via FedEx and arrives in 2-3 days.
