Great communication about the status of my package

My delivery driver did such a great job!

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Literally the worst experience I've ever had as a small business.

A brief overview:
-We hired Bolt as a 3PL in early Feb. 2022
-Their sales team knowingly lied on all their sales call promising processes that Bolt had no ability to do. Only after the contract was signed did they admit they couldn't do what they promised.
-The worst customer service i have ever experienced, there is nobody to speak to, just a general email and they couldn't care less about you or your business. They use canned email responses and do nothing.
-Some of my customers have been waiting in excess of 3 weeks just for Bolt to ship their order.
-Destroyed relationships with valuable repeat customers.
-Expensive as they add many many surcharges. Our warehousing cost tripled after moving to Bolt, while shipping approx the same inventory.

TLDR: Do not hire Bolt under any conditions. They are one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made as a small business owner and literally are a threat to my businesses survival right now.

The delivery agents were able to successfully deliver my items safely and promptly. Left precisely where indicated!
I loved the courtesy call prior to the delivery!

All good. The only thing is that GoBolt has to clarify to Cozey that you guys don't put boxes in basements. We asked Cozey people for this (specifically) and they confirmed they'll be no problem doing that.
Otherwise all good.

My delivery was on time and I was kept in the loop about the delivery.

The guys were thorough and had good product assembly knowledge. They were courteous and removed their shoes and removed the packaging.

Everything went fine. Nothing more to say.

I phoned customer service before I placed this order to have an idea of how long the delivery might take. I was told it could take 5 -7 days. It was here in 3!

This was my first purchase from Tumble & i am very impressed with online service & quality of product. Our old carpet runner in the kitchen was in bad shape & the new tumble carpet is perfect. I will recommend to friends & next carpet will be a Tumble.

The guys were polite, fast & well mannered. One of them even took his shoes off at the door.
I used the "white glove" service. Which I thought also included "haul away" .. no, it does not..."haul out" to outside ...oh well live & learn
