Everything went smoothly and well nothing was broken. You guys did a really good job Dima and Alex work efficiently and they did a job in the same estimate that was provided. I was super glad with the experience and highlight comment to all of my friends.

I had a up and down experience with Born to move. But this review is about the insurance provider they partner with. They are a complete scam and they deserve a poor review for working with them. See my review of “Movingclaimservices.com” below -

“This is a scam. Do not sign up for their coverage. If you do! Know that it is not insurance! Even if they tell you it is or market it as such! And any box you pack yourself will not be covered under any circumstance!!”

Absolutely amazing experience! The moving service was top-notch from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, packed everything carefully, and handled my belongings with the utmost care. Not a single scratch or damage! The team worked efficiently and professionally while keeping a friendly attitude. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and much faster than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving service. Highly recommended! 10/10 – will definitely use them again!

After a nightmare of a day with All My Sons Moving & Storage in Stoneham, MA who left my bf and I completely stranded, cancelling on us last minute without even a phone call to let us know, Born to Move Movers in Watertown, MA saved the day! David and Afa were wonderful! They moved everything out carefully, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful that the company was able to come to our rescue while the All My Sons greedily took our deposit, and made ludicrous excuses while leaving us out in the street.

Had 2 movers at my residence to move items from onsite storage container. Guys seems like they were a little careless and in a hurry to do the next job.
One of the guys put his hand to his mouth signifying for me to be quiet. I immediately told him that I’m employing him to do a service for me and don’t ever tel me to be quiet in my house again! I tipped both movers at the end and the same guy never said thank you! Won’t use them again. Rude and disrespectful.

This was my second time with Born to Move. My second experience was not as good as the first. Movers were on time and professional but extremely slow. It took them much longer than it had previously to move LESS stuff. Some damage to a decorative ladder but more concerning was how slow they were. I had a bed, dresser, table, clothes and miscellaneous items. No couch, tv, or appliances. Took them four hours to do the whole job, not efficient with time.

UPDATE
After publishing these reviews everywhere and filing a complaint on BBB, the company finally responded to my emails. Although it does not 100% cover my damage, they offered a $500 check and I accepted it. I resolved the BBB case and am updating the reviews with this resolution. I hope this is a good lesson learned for this company and they do not put anyone else through this process.

I used Born To Move for my move from MA to FL. They told me that they had insurance - their moves were insured - and that they would secure all furniture and we would be in charge of boxes. They did not wrap half of our things and as a result of their negligence, items we damaged. After our move, I reached out to them with photos of the damage and they are not returning my calls or emails. I called the insurance companies listed on their website and their company is not registered with either of those companies. They REFUSE to compensate me for my damage. They have NOT returned any of my calls or emails. I called from a different number yesterday and they picked up saying "I was on vacation, I will look at the emails and call you." which was a lie! He never called back. I called at least 20 times and emailed several times. Apparently, they do not take responsibility of my damage. I wonder if they are even insured! Very unethical! As proof - photos of damage and invoice are uploaded. 1- A part of the leg of the antique table is completely broken and the sides are scraped - it cannot be really fixed. 2- Exercise vibration machine equipment is completely destroyed and unusable. It is $350. They did not even wrap this in a blanket or anything else. The display is broken - wheels are gone - missing - power cord is missing as well. unusable and broken. 3- The holes on the couch. 4- Patio set - scratches because again, these weren't secured properly. 5- Bookshelf: completely broken. 6- Chair - the top part is torn

I tried every avenue before publishing reviews online and filing a complaint on BBB. They SIMPLY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED AND THINK IT IS OK AND THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT!

Used 2 men for a small move from an apartment to a house. 2 men showed right on time, were very carefully and friendly . Finished in way under the estimated time. Excellent movers

They're name is pretty self-explanatory!
George and his team helped me move in September/18. While i was searching for the most trusted company around ,not only i found out that it has the lowest prices on the market.
Great service all around, will recommend!

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. They smashed my possessions and now will not honor an insurance claim. They say they need receipts for everything. Do you have receipts for your sofa or glassware or china? Probably not. They smashed into a million pieces a heavy cut glass lamp that has been in my family for decades. It has been moved - literally - 15 times. It has never been broken because we know how to pack it. I have no idea how they could have smashed it unless they dropped something very very heavy on top of it. Now they will not admit they are at fault or honor our claim. They also brought the wrong size truck and ripped and dented lampshades when they shoved them into the truck.

on 03/15 2018 The antique cabinet glass was broken in the move. They would not completely cover the cost of the damage including having items shipping to get my cabinets custom glass made, even though I have several e mails between myself and Alex confirming he would not only cover the cost of the damage but my out of pocket cost to ship an original peace of unbroken glass to the fabricator to be duplicated. I have been since told to this will not happen. Do not use this company they are rough, they speed and do not take care of your items, they do not care.

I'm not afraid of moving now, thanks to their professional services. 5/5 stars for them!

The guys are very professional and respectful. They handled my all my things carefully and wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap. I also have a large aquarium that was moved without any problems. They were at my house at 9am and called before they came to confirm. The price was great I moved from Reading Ma to Goffstown NH and recommend to anyone, they were AMAZING!!

These guys were awesome. Moved everything from my 6th floor apartment even though our elevator was broken. I just called them the day before when I found out the elevator was going to be broken and they had me hire one more mover. No problem. I couldn't have done it without them. By the way, not one thing was broken or scratched.

They are priced fairly and although it is possible you may find someone a little cheaper, but these guys are by far the best VALUE. A good and fair price and a great product. I even reviewed their contract and insurance. Very good.

Moving is hard but those guys make it easier.
