If I could give this firm a minus in…

If I could give this firm a minus in stars I’d give them negative 100. I think all the previous reviews have been left by the staff of Radio Cabs because I’ve never known a firm so beyond awful, my disabled sister who has Downs Syndrome and has a rolling contact pick up and drop off with Radio Cabs who are always late both picking her up and dropping her off, they never ring family to say when they’re running late so we’re left worrying, we ring up the office and all we get are false apologies, don’t ever ring up this firm if you have a trip to the airport booked because your plane will have left and come back by the time Radio cabs drop you off,
Diabolical!
