So booked through Catch to fish for 48 hours at Creedy lake. Unfortunately found out the carp were spawning and the lake was closed, met the owner who was brilliant and let us stay overnight only. She apologised herself not contacting us before we arrived. Having said that it caused us a big problem as we were on our way to Cornwall from Kent, luckily the b&b we were staying at had a free room a day early (extra cost) so bit of a mess and should have catch let us know before we arrived ? Did get an email the day before but no mention the lake was shut. No issue with the lake owner as she was sorry big time she forgot to contact us. This was 20 or more times we have stopped at Creedy lake summer time going to Cornwall, love the place.T&J

Nice environment but to many peg/swims for the venue size. Mainly a dads and lads fishing lake. Plus expensive for a farm pond experience.

Such a lovely mature lake. Sandra (owner) was really friendly and informative about the fishing. Managed 5 fish and 3 of them were 20s. Great stock. Will definitely be back again soon.

Creedy lakes is a wonderful little lake, well looked after lots of carp, and lots of wildlife. The people are very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.
