The lake was lovely and the swims however no bailiff visited us at all! Anybody could have been fishing anywhere! It also said fully booked but at least 3 swims where free with no option to move (onto the fish)

Very good fishing trip, we ordered a lovely curry from the local Indian restaurant and we both caught carp! Linear is always a well looked after venue.

Really well kept lakes with good facilities. Might just be the bad luck of my regular angling buddy and I but we have a really low success rate at Linear compared to similarly stocked lakes.

another great trip to linear tar farm. Shame i blanked this time but hey.. always clean mostly friendly apart from this time there was a drunk bunch on the lake but hey it happen..

1st time on venue really pleased with what I found, great pegs, clean and tidy great looking water lake 4 . New challenge ahead fishing deep water will be back as much as I can.

Lovely place, £40 a night is perhaps a little bit steep considering on Tar farm complex accessing the showers didn’t seem possible and no running water on tar farm complex. But the venue itself is beautiful and will only get better as the surroundings mature.

Turned up to be told lake shut nothing on website or social media pages then after 1 day of being there ,they said sorryit is open so I had to move very poor lack of communication

Nice setting but fishing was pretty poor, possibly due to an easterly wind. Only 1 fish caught by numerous fishermen all day.
