Great fishery, friendly staff and very helpful with advice on the lake. Onsite cafe with a great variety of hot food. A very well looked after venue with plenty of great swims and cracking looking fish.

Awesome fishery with lovely staff and great cafe!! Only managed the one fish but can’t wait to get back there one of the nicest lakes I’ve ever had the joy of fishing and got some real special fish in the lake

Great weekend. Traffic noise a bit annoying, but we got used to it. The constant smell of illegal substances was very bad. Also too many swims. 23 definitely needs removing. But all in all a very good fishery

Lovely lake. Nice environment. Very quiet ( we was in a swim in front of the bungalows with some happy dogs which you can’t help!) didn’t catch anything or have any bites the whole time on the big lake 4-4. due to the new rule of it being boiles, pellets and pop up only so a bit sad for the £25 per person to Fish there. The cafe was shut early ( ment to close at 6 and was closed by 1:00pm) but in the morning when it opened the breakfast was lovely!! Might go back again to fish the middle lake where there is more variety of bait that is aloud to be used and it is slightly cheaper!

As like all commercial fisheries now that have a booking system, they charge supplements for everything. Booking fee, swim supplement if you book a double and you're own. Can't drive to swim to drop your equipment off despite access around the lake. No chemical wc facilities and bait restrictions. The swim I was in had disgaurded tackle everywhere, which I had to clear up before fishing. Apart from that, satisfactory.

Enjoyable 3 days fishing, lovely place friendly staff, and generally a nice place to be. However the road bank can get noisy at night with the road running behind it, but that doesn’t matter as you’re there to fish not sleep.

This fishery is excellent. Incredible facilities, including an onsite cafe (food was decent and well priced). The lakes look well managed and are kept in fantastic condition. The bailiffs are friendly and attentive, happy to answer questions and the onsite tackle is well stocked and relatively reasonably priced. Big lake is quite weedy, and a good test, and i thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
