Dan has booked my holidays for years now and I have been extremely happy with his brilliant service. This has included; many cruises, as well as most recently a holiday to Walt Disneyworld in Orlando. I am a powered wheelchair user and have struggled previously with other travel companies, who haven't fully understood my needs. However, Dan knows exactly what I need and this has given me a huge piece of mind, when booking my holidays through him. Dan is available to be contacted a lot of the time and very approachable. Even when I have experienced issues while on holiday, Dan is always there to assist with coming up to resolutions. Thank you for all your help and continued assistance

Quick and easy to book. We added someone to the cabin after booking and it was really simple. Email direct to Dan and he is really quick to respond. So much easier than dealing with P&O directly. Looking forward to my next one in 5 weeks!

Dan has booked my last few holidays, he is always available and very responsive. This one he sorted an issue out for us with flights that worked much better to our advantage, giving us a closer hotel to the cruise port and also private transfer to the hotel which saved precious holiday time. This trip was a significant birthday, Dan took the worries away and went above and beyond to make it memorable!

Excellent service from Dan who helped from the very start, guided me to the best type of cabin which was perfect for me! This ship was beyond my expectations and I have arrived back home and booked another cruise in the exact same cabin… as usual Dan helped with the technical questions I had and he always goes above and beyond. We have just returned from a cruise and stay and this is the first time we have used this company, following a recommendation. I can honestly say that customer service from Dan was outstanding and he went"above and beyond the call of duty."
We asked him to put together a package which included flights, cruise and accommodation prior to and after the cruise in Florida. This took a lot of organising on his part as we had connecting flights from Spain.
We will definitely consider contacting Dan when arranging any future holidays.

Just returned from an amazing Cruise/hotel holiday in Japan organised by Dan at GoCruise & Travel, hotels, transfers and the holiday itself were all fantastic as was the customer care, recommendations and communications pre cruise. So relieved we’d booked via Dan as had issues with BA cancelling flights due to fog on the way out, BA had rebooked us onto an unsuitable flight 2 days later, not considering that we had a cruise to catch 2 days later so we contacted Dan who reassured us that they’d get things sorted and the team had alternative flights and overnight accommodation sorted really quickly via another airline. Would recommend to anyone booking cruise or land holiday, we already have another 2 booked!

We went to the Rocky Mountains and Alaska .
The whole trip was so well organised by Dan Hammond . Everything went very smoothly even though we did many different things.
We saw and experienced so much . It was fantastic.

We’ve booked and completed 4 cruises with GoCruise & Travel each time looked after by Dan, the latest aboard The Royal Clipper. Their service levels are utterly outstanding and we’d highly recommend them to book any cruise. We would never use anyone else.
