I had ordered several dresses, it's awful and dirty looks I have ever had something like this. Please refund my money, it's a lots of money I have paid. One star is to much for them.

Well I ordered what I thought was a lace women’s shirt. I received the ugliest shirt ever. It’s a picture of lace. I want my money back and they said I can keep it and they will give me 20% of what I paid. Why would I want to keep this ugly shirt????? I want a FULL return. They deceived me with there crap…. Shame on me!!!!!

Bag i received was really nice but top was Not linen as they described, or cotton, and was in fact polyester
It was also a MAN’s shirt not a blouse

I’ve recently bought three billiard shirts from this company. All three look fantastic and fit well. I receive compliments on them all the time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will use them again in the future. Customer service is top notch responding to emails quickly.

Great Customer Service somehow my item showed delivered around December 20th but it never arrived I asked neighbors and the post office. Luckily I contacted their customer service and they were Quick to resend the item. They have been great at responding to me. Just send them an email and they will get back quickly.

I ordered a labradoodle ornament the week after Thanksgiving for our son. The tracking number they gave us was not correct so I contacted godashops via email and received an email response with the correct information. I had the ornament shipped to our son's business office to make sure he would receive it and he has not received it nor have I heard anything from Godashops. This has opened my eyes to this business (as have some of the other reviews). I will never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE-DON'T ORDER!!!!! (They sure were happy to get my money though-never offered a refund-just a refund of my shipping costs-what about my purchase or a refund of that?!

I order a muoy tai personalized hoodie for my 12 year old grandson well before Christmas and I’m so disappointed as was he that the item was not delivered. It’s still not delivered,Godashops said on Dec 14 it was shipped that’s not true . USPS created a label as is still waiting for the item!
Is this shop legit or another scam site on the internet. They have till Friday if the item isn’t delivered I’m seeking a refund and will report them .
I’m terribly disappointed and will not purchase anything from them again

Ordered November 22nd and was pleasantly surprised to see my custom order had been “shipped” by December 1st. Waited a couple weeks with nothing arriving and no tracking number. Was hoping to have my order by Christmas so I contacted them just to find out that their embroidery machine was broken and the item never had been made nor shipped. If I didnt contact them I am sure nobody would have reached out to explain the inconvenience and if I wouldve known sooner I couldve gone to a different company. I had to cancel and scramble to find something of equal value a couple days before christmas but it wasnt the custom gift that I was excited to get in the first place. Very bad communication and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The item was fabulous and looks great, however it showed up late. My suggestion is to order a month early and you will love it.

I really would like to have my items before the 30th, so I will give you a chance to resolve this issue. Godashops stated it was shipped Pre-Shipment

Somehow tracking of my 3d ornament shows it was delivered. We never received it. I’m so thankful to this company for resending out our ornament again!! Very impressive. It’s nice to interact with a solid caring company. I’m looking forward to receiving our ornament soon!!! ❤️💙

Love my shirt! Looks even better than I expected. Colors are vibrant and the design looks great.

There was confusion on where my purchase was to be sent. Which was my fault. My original purchase was Dec 9th and I finally received it Feb 4th. It was well worth the wait! My husband loves his shirt!!

Excellent customer service! I did not receive my ornament, and they provided proof of delivery. When I wanted to order another one, they were kind and generous enough to replace it for me, on a special-case basis. Thank you so much.

I recently ordered a grooming shirt from their website. On a positive note, the material is comfortable. I'm not sure how effective it is for grooming, I haven't tried it. What my qualm is that the pictures show that it is black. When I received it, it comes in a clearly grey color. My dress code for my job is to wear black so I don't even know if I can wear this for my job. I'm very disappointed in that respect and I feel the pictures are incredibly misleading. I would like to add that their communication is quick, professional and respectful so I do appreciate that.

Has anyone ordered key chains from this company? i ordered one and it was not right.

I ordered a t shirt (the Papa one with all the grandkids names) for my husband right before Christmas, not thinking it would come in time, and to my surprise it came on Christmas eve! My husband loved it and said it was his best gift. Beautiful work.
