Goday is by far one of the best loan companies around. The are customer focused and easy to use. When I have needed to speak to one of their customer service representatives they have always been respectful and eager to help.

Okay company
Decent company but trying to get the renewal reviewed could take a whole day, sometimes 48 hours. Very slow in reviewing.
Edit to add - They keep saying the same thing that they would be faster every single time, it's slow as molasses. Not sure why they advertise as being "quick". 24-48 hours is not "quick" compare to other companines

Slow
Don’t depend on them to get you out of an emergency, sometimes hours, sometimes days. Other companies are much more user friendly and wait times are significantly less. Also here they make you do most things twice
