What I most like about Goday is that they let you build loyalty with them and, most of all, give you the opportunity to pay back your loan in two payments, depending on how much the loan is. Customer service has declined rapidly
They had previouly been good with processing applications quickly. My last one has taken over a week and it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone or email. The last person who i talked to said they would get to it at some point but didn't provide a timeline. Will be considering other options, which is disappointing.
