In thirty years, I have never had a better professional experience! I had a real emergency on my hands as a different firm was unable to do anything close to what they had promised in creating a trade booth for my company. This booth was a critical part of our company's debut at an enormous trade show. We had spent money recreating our brand and new products, and it was supposed to be our big moment... and all that was now at risk of being an actual embarrassment. Horrendous . I was beyond stressed, and we were getting rejected by other trade booth companies saying "it's too late" - "too close to the show." When I contacted Godfrey - Nikki said "we've got you." And, did they ever. With no time to spare whatsoever - they worked tirelessly with us and created an absolutely gorgeous trade booth. It was also perfection in its functionality, adaptability, and ease. Amazing. Anyone - ANYONE - who needs a trade booth or any of the services Godfrey provides should stop shopping around. You will never find a better partner. And, you will never get better results any where else. They not only saved us - they optimized what we got. Amazing.

The sales rep was incredibly helpful and efficient. She was quick with responses and helped implement the sale quickly. The graphic design department was very helpful. The only negative is that we purchased a custom booth and it did not come with custom instructions. They did send later after we followed up with them.

The display I ordered was beautiful and arrived on time. They were quick to respond to my questions when I asked. My only complaint is that I had to keep asking for more information. I feel like the sales team should have been in contact more, showing pictures of finished product, letting me know when it was in production, giving dates of completion,etc. I would rather have too much information than not enough.

They gave us the time to do the job right and all the info we needed. They also helped us out when it came to billing problems and showed patience when it came to sorting out things. Godfrey took the time to work with us on production problems, and didn't create headaches over questions on which file was appropriate and worked with what we had. Nice job!

They are very professional and work hard for you. I had many options of companies to select from online, and even thought this company was not located in California, it was worth working with an out of state company. We were very pleased with our first purchase of a 10X10 booth and are back for a second Expo booth wall. Eric in the design department is awesome is to work with.

The booth graphics were created and delivered in a very short time and the quality was spectacular.

From the start of my search for a table top display banner, the Godfrey Group has been very helpful. They answered all my questions and worked with our graphic artist to get our art onto a
60 x 40 pop up banner. It looks great and with the purchase of the hard case I will be able to safely travel with it and not have to worry that it might get ruined.
