the shipping is too long than the expected time

We received the product in fairly good order except for one unit out of ten. The box was dented but the bottle was OK.
We are just now starting to use it in our Children Church and hopefully it will provide a new and fruitful bible learning experience for both children and teachers alike

Love the jars, and encouragement to remember to teach children the verses.

Product arrived in a timely manner just before Christmas and given to my daughter and her family as a present. Hope they use it and learn from it and maybe bring God and their faith back into their lives.

I bought the jars for all my Grandchildren and myself. I know they are using the verses constantly and I love the confidence the verses give all of us.

I like the bottle the box that it came in, it was all great. The only problem I had it is the delayed delivery. It took over a month to get it.

I’m giving these to my grandson when he’s older. Just to help along the way. Perfect size for when he’ll need them. Thank you.

IMPACT POSITIVE
Presentation of items. All of them looks great for all age groups so recipients eager to check out the sayings in the jars. Gave one to a single 28 year old who is dealing with some personal challenges and has asked me to take her to Church sometime soon. Couldn’t ask for a better impact than that! The eight year old girl's mother said her daughter is getting a saying out daily to read and asks her mother to explain words she doesn’t understand. The mother thanked me for the gift to her daughter as ‘it’s better than toys'.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Actually it seems they don’t have any at all. Reached out via instagram and got immediate automated response that someone would reach out back to me. Never did! Even tried again and same thing. Then tried emails at least 4 times in the span of 3 weeks, no response. Only yesterday someone decided to reply, and instead of honouring their return policy they are trying to make me accept a voucher for their own website.
Items are shipped from China and delivery is very slow. I do not recommend to anyone!!!

Great Christmas gifts. A great conversation piece at Christmas. Amazing how the Holy Spirit chose a special scripture for each of my kids to share at Christmas. Great encouragement!!

Your products are good and fun. Your shipper is below average. I ordered the 90 bible verses on Dec 6, 2025 for a christmas gift and finally received on January 16. Not acceptable. David

My husband and I ordered these for our grandchildren as a Christmas present. The box, presentation and contents were exactly as depicted. It was a beautiful gift. The kids were so excited to read the scriptures associated with their feelings.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took way too long to arrive, actually arriving AFTER Christmas when it was ordered over a month prior to receiving.
I would recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance if you desire one of the products offered.

This jar with positive encouragement notes is exactly what my granddaughter needed.

We need more positive vies in a very cruel world.
