When I first starting wearing one of their toppers, I was pleased - having nothing to compare to. Then they quit carrying my color, so I switched up and ordered another topper in Creamy Toffee. The first one of these was great, however, when it was time to order another topper, the 2nd creamy toffee was def not the exact same topper as the one before. It was thicker and too heavy on top. My stylist had to keep thinning the piece and still I feel it's too heavy and I won't wear it. Since then, I ordered the pony tail clip in. This is nice, but I wish the clip was more comfortable it's sharp on edges and hurts my head after awhile. I may be trying out a new company.
*I am wondering, has anyone out there bought a BOX color that matches your hair color well with the CREAMY TOFFEE? If so, which brand and color name please? It's another big expense going to my stylist for colorings...Thank you!

I have to say, I’m a bit heartbroken after receiving my Taylor top and clip on bangs. The topper is much thinner than it looks in the videos, and the bangs are just awful. I brushed them both and tried the topper first. It was better than the bangs, I will say that, but not great. I would be afraid to wear it anywhere because it sits weirdly on the top of your head. They say even if your hair is thin, it will work. Not for me. I tried clipping it on and it kept coming off. I’m so disappointed, I have been watching the videos for about a year trying to decide if I want to try a wig. Glad I didn’t waste even more money buying a wig! I’m out $215 dollars for this?!

Just got my FREEDOM in Silver Stone and fell in love. But after wearing it for a day I realized the front seam is quite noticeable. I am trying to figure out how to correct that.. on the videos they show you can pull the bangs back and I would like to. But, the seam in front is thick and you can very easily see it is a wig, I am bummed!! Now I can’t return it.

I bought a GSW for the first time in Nov. 2022. I ordered Sabrina in silver stone and I love it. I have received so many compliments from the doctor’s PA, to the checker at our grocery store. It saves me time and always looks great!
When I ordered my wig, it was out of stock and I had to wait a little while until it was available. In a very short time, I received Sabrina. Great customer service!

I have several GS wigs and am very pleased. I have Freedom in four colors and a few others. People are always surprised that I’m wearing a wig and many remarks that they look so natural. I wore freedom in silver stone when I went with a friend to a free dinner offering a way to get out of her time share. The man asked if I was her lawyer LOL! I’ve returned some wigs and had no problem with the process.

I have been with Godiva's Secret Wigs since 2015. I enrolled as a consultant by buying 4 wigs at first. I've been buying my long blonde wigs from them ever since, at consultant prices (that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1). I recently got an email that their rules are that you must spend $500 per year to remain a consultant so in November (2022) I ordered 2 of my wigs, planning on buying 2 more in December when I could afford it, to make up my $500 total to remain a consultant. My credit card automatically checks for available coupons and got me almost $50 off my order so I was pleased and ordered. Next day, I got a call from Godiva restating the $500 total needed, that even with this last order i hadn't met it and that I wasn't entitled to coupons as a consultant so they cancelled my order!!! I was stunned and just said "Okay". Then I got upset - even if I DIDN'T remain a consultant I could have been offered SOMETHING for 7 years of purchasing their wigs (almost $3K worth) but instead I was treated as "less than" and cancelled. So. . . I went to Amazon, bought 2 wigs at $27 each (free shipping with Prime) both a pretty darn cute - one more than the other, but at this price I could buy one every month and still be WAY under the $ 500 minimum (for consultants) or at least $450 for 2 retail wigs from them. Lesson learned and I hope readers here will learn as well - Godiva is getting greedy and in so doing has lost a long-term customer.

Loved the videos but found all of their products to be sub-par and overpriced for the quality. Much higher than what you find on other reputable wig sites. The worst quality was their topper. Looked like something you'd get from China on eBay for $5 and they sell that for $100+! The clips are too close to the front so if you have thinning hair there is no way to clip these on. I'm sure these ladies mean well but I've yet to get something decent from this company.

I have been wearing wigs for over a year now. I researched, watched reviews and shopped before I bought my first wig. I chose GSW for my first and was very impressed (Sabrina). I have ordered others since and not all were meant for me. The return policy was wonderful. I had no trouble at all. Thankful that these affordable wigs are available! I have since purchased wigs from other companies. Usually more expensive and the quality quite comparable.
I appreciate Ro and Danielle and the videos they have made for us all. Very informative, very helpful.
I don't understand the less than favorable reviews.
Every wig that I have purchased has been very nice. They are all a little different. Again, most are very affordable. Basic caps. If you want a different quality, you should visit a store and try on wigs from different manufacturers.
I get compliments on my wigs. People cannot tell they are synthetic. When I tell them, they are surprised. Would recommend GSW to anyone wanting a nice, affordable, lovely wig!

This company “white labels” their wigs. In other words, the labels inside of the wig are NOT showing the actual manufacturer of the wig. They are selling name brand wigs such as Amore, Noriko, Jon Renau, just to name a few, but giving these wigs a different name and selling them at top dollar. That way you can’t go online and look for a better deal. People who are new to the wig world would never know this unless they know the actual wigs GSW is featuring on their website. They don’t call it “Secret” wigs for nothing!
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I watched videos and took my time ordering a wig. I finally did, but still am disappointed. It looks awful on me and the color not near as dark as it showed on the video. I trimmed the bangs a little so it can’t be returned so my money is wasted and I won’t be taking a chance of ordering another. Why does everyone look so perfect in the videos and the wig looks perfect the minute they put it on? No matter what I do, it looked awful and you sure could tell it was a wig, not attractive at all.

Great quality wigs at a reasonable price! I have worn expensive hair systems for many years from a company that claimed they were made out of human hair. The quality of those hair systems did not compare to the quality of the synthetic wigs I purchased from Godiva Secret Wigs . I received more compliments in the past few months with my Godiva wig purchase than I have ever received from the expensive human hair systems and without the expense of monthly maintenance and visits to the salon for services.

I bought my first wig from Godivas Secret Wigs after watching many of their videos. I trusted the mother daughter duo and made a purchase. I was really surprised by the awful quality after paying top dollar. As encouraged in the videos, I tried to work with it and so was no longer able to return it. I took it to a wig specialist who was able to make it somewhat wearable but the quality was awful. I have since shopped other wigs in the same price range and they are silky and don't tangle. Mine is always a mess and the top is matted and burnt looking. After leaving a negative review that they deserved, the customer service person was rude and shaming to me. Big newbie mistake buying from Godivas Secret Wigs. RUN!

This has been so disappointing to say the least!! My mom and I spent weeks watching the mother/daughter YouTube videos and we were sold! They bragged about all the colors they had so we thought we had many options. WRONG!!!

We picked out our wigs and ordered the swatches so we could pick out our colors. So 45 swatch colors come in and we both picked the colors closest to our own hair.

So we go to place our order on the wigs we had our hearts set on....my mom sees that the wig she wants doesn't come in her color. In fact, only 5 colors were available in that wig. We found that odd with all the colors they have to choose from that they are always bragging about. So out of 45 colors, the wig she wants only comes in 5 colors. OK so that's just odd. So I go to order mine. This is the true kicker here.....out of FORTY FIVE colors, the wig I want comes in ONE color! ONE. I really don't understand for the life of me that they offer 1 color in that particular wig. Needless to say we wasted a lot of time searching for the perfect wig and color from godiva wigs only to be seriously let down. I will let everyone I know who wants a wig to not even waste their time with godiva wigs because it's a joke!! Don't have 45 colors to offer when you are severely limited on the styles that you want. A big let down and a waste of time!!!

I've watched many of their videos. It's a mother daughter team and they are very relatable. Very caring ladies. I find it to be a great product. My only disappointment is i am so very limited due to being a petite size (reason for 4 stars) I currently wear their Taylor tops (2) colors. My hair is thinning all around but especially in front which will soon make it impossible to wear tops as they clip in and because hair is thin and fine does not tend to lay flat and if windy, well self conscious, the Taylor top is machine teased so to much fussing on top can look...fake. I do have an ultra petite Freedom i bought on sale just to check for sizing cause i'm a...pin head but to my surprise ultra was way too small. I want to donate to a little girl w/cancer but may seem too fuddy duddy. Also bought on sale an average Aria, which is gorgeous but was very big...ear tabs covered ears completely! My reasoning was they have videos to convert to smaller but now i don't have the nerve, I think i would ruin it and not get the circumfrence needed anyway. I'm out $ but I'll donate it and make someone w/the right "average" head size happy! They do carry Taylor top as a wig but not in petite. Grr. I've requested they add a petite line of shoulder length styles for younger/teen girls and us not so old ladies. They seem to like very short for petite. 😕 So that's really my only complaint because i do believe they care about quality and making customers happy. Customer service is fantastic and never had issues with delivery or returns as i was trying to figure out what size worked for me. As I said I ended up with Taylor top, not a wig due to size and its workedout for now. I really do hope they figure out how to do a line of petite soon w/more younger modern styles in wig. If you have an average size head (lucky you!) you can't go wrong with this company! I know if I was average I would have a few different styles by now Reflecting on Summer and Fall. P.S. I was concerned with synthetic but these are very nice, soft, wash and wear. Extremely easy to care for. Watch their videos. You'll be hooked.

I am just so pleased with my wigs and the customer service with Godiva’s Secret Wigs. My first wig is Freedom, second is Rochelle long. I have silver long hair, not thick, hair to my Fannie and do not wish to cut or color my hair. Godiva’s Wigs has made it possible to have multiple styles and colors of hair and I am lov’in it.

I watched and studied the many videos made by Rochelle and Danielle the Mother/Daughter team of Godiva’s Wigs, then I did it… I bought Freedom Large Nutmeg-R.
I had to play with my new wig for about 30 minutes, then it was on, tacked it down with bobby-pins and TA DA. The new look, I loved it so much. Second wig is Rochelle Large Nutmeg-R. Again, played with it for about 30 minutes and love it. Already thinking about my next wig with the lace. I can’t wait!

Shannon S. Is so wonderful in CS. It is so wonderful to deal with a lady in my age group and not some smart-@$$, disrespectful, millennial spoiled brat who knows everything and everybody else is stupid. Double deal purchase right there. Not only is Rochelle and Danielle wonderful on their videos, Godiva’s Wigs are beautiful, and CS is icing on the cake! Looking forward to my next wig.

Compared to a human hair long topper. Human hair is visibly realistic, not too shiny, you can run your fingers thru it. the silk topper has a small undetectable comfortable cap that clips to hair. Godiva synthetic is too shiny, has a huge thick cap area that cover total top of head and is very noticeable when wearing. And you cannot run fingers thru synthetic hair. It is a bit thicker, however.

After weeks of watching numerous videos by Rochelle and Danielle of their fabulous wigs I decided to order the Cristi wig in silver stone..and I'm not at all disappointed. I have been wearing wigs for 20 years as a result of hereditary hair loss. I pay up to $2,000 Australian dollars for each one, I live in Sydney NSW. I am in my late 60's, but when I don a wig I feel years younger...who doesn't love dressing up! I will be ordering more, just want to make sure this one washes up well...I'm sure it will. Thankyou for your passion in helping us to look and feel confident.

I returned a topper almost 3 weeks ago, and I still am waiting for the credit to be put back on my card. The tags and all original packaging were intact. Where is my refund???

Just want to say a big thank you to Rochelle and Danielle owners of Godiva secret wigs. Just received my petite Sophie wig today and it is fab-u-lous. I am a first time wig wearer due to hair loss and their videos won me over. I was very wary of buying online without being able to try it on but they gave me the confidence to give it a try and I am so pleased I did. Took it out of the box, put it on, shushed it a little bit and off I went. Brilliant! Ladies if for any reason you need to wear a wig do not hesitate to buy from this company, you will not regret it.
