I bought a server for one month for 9,5 eur thinking its a good price it was fun we stopped playing one month later they recharge me 38eur??? i contacted them for a refund and they cant give me it even tho i messaged them 1 hour after purchase

we’re sorry the renewal charge was frustrating, especially after the first month was purchased at a lower promotional price. Promotional pricing may apply only to the initial billing period, while renewals are charged at the regular plan price shown for the subscription. The automatic renewal and refund conditions are available before checkout and accepted when placing an order, so renewal payments are handled according to those terms. We understand this was not the outcome you expected, but not using the server after renewal does not automatically make the renewal refundable.

They can't do a simple refund
So I had a subscription with them of 3 months with them and the server worked pretty good with minor issues but it worked well and we were able to play regardles. The 3 months passed and then the subscription got renewal automatically cause I forgot to cancel that, but as soon as I noticed it (a few hours later) I contacted them asking for a refund and they refused to give it to me and claimed they warned me when they just warned me about the automatic subscription renewal and not about the renewal beeing non refundable. They should have said that clear before and not just link to their entire terms of sevice page which we all and they know no one really reads that. I know it can be a bit of my fault yet how hard can it be to refund something I don't want or even use. Plus I haven't entered, activbated or use the server after paying the renewal. Thanks to that I lost 68.99 EUR for a 3 months subscription I won't even use. Definitely not getting a server from them again in the future, if you want just be carefull to not get scammed like me

Deleted server, no backups
I had a server for about a month with my brother and we left for vacation towards the end of the month. The server closed once we left and we didn't want to pay for the days we weren't going to be playing and so we planned to reopen the server once we got back. Upon returning, we learned that godlike hosting had completely deleted our server and had saved 0 backups. Would not recommend if you want any security for your server.

A simple and easy host service
Setting up a minecraft server was easy, when problems arose support was there in minuts to fix it.
