Very disappointed with GODOCM

Very disappointed with the way this company handles its IB partners and client relationships. A client was removed from my IB portal without any notification or communication from their team. What makes it worse is that I only found out through an ex-employee, not directly from the company itself.

Apparently, the client was interested in becoming an IB as well, and instead of properly communicating or setting him up as a Sub-IB, they simply removed him without discussion. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect toward their partners.

Support has also been extremely poor, with no proper response despite multiple follow-ups. If you are an IB or planning to work with them, be careful — communication and partner management are seriously lacking.

My account got suspended cuz i used…

My account got suspended cuz i used “arbitrage” but i never got any explanation on how i used it or any sorts of warnings. But all i did was opened multiple positions. They took all the money i made through trading.

One staff reached out to me when i wrote a review on January and said he will work check my case but its been one month now! no updates, nothing! a scam

It was the most terrible experience I…

It was the most terrible experience I have ever had with Hookcasino. They completely entrap you; initially, they assign an investing advisor, and as you follow their counsel and invest frequently, they allow you to accumulate 10% interest before urging you to divest the shares. Upon gaining your trust, they request significant financial investments; I entrusted them completely and invested the maximum amount. Hookcasino will retain deposits and require you to fulfil a margin call. The support staff were unreachable. Inadequate customer service. I requested the closure of my account and the disbursement of my funds. The account cancellation process was highly difficult, and I could not withdraw funds; furthermore, the stock price fell unexpectedly, leading to a near-total loss of my investment. I pursued a resolution concerning my absent funds. They commenced a dispute and ultimately recovered my monies. I am thrilled to share this experience!

Doubts quickly vanished

At first, I was worried that withdrawing money might take a long time, but everything went smoothly and without any stress. I topped up my account using my card, and the payment went through instantly. The GODO app turned out to be easy to understand, even for me with my zero experience. Now I'm gradually getting the hang of it and feeling more confident.
