Highly unreliable. Apparently they list items that are not in the stock, then hold on to your cash for few days before telling you it is not available, and cancelling is another fuss, takes 7 working days. Avoid if you are not looking for a headache.
Having seen some negative reviews, I was a bit concerned after I ordered a portable speaker with them. However the item arrived in KSA on time in excellent working conditions.

I bought an iPhone 13 pro last year October online, it was delivered to me. The phone had challenges. I went to an iPhone approved dealer in my country and I was told the phone was less than one year, it was still on warranty. I was asked to produce a receipt for it to be fixed, which I did. AppleCare wanted a US receipt from GoDukkan since I produced a Dubai receipt. I asked GoDukkan to produce the US receipt which they failed to do. I courier the phone back to them, they were stuck with my phone for more than three months and could not produce the US receipt. I asked them to pay for the repairs since the warranty passed while they had my phone and I am not getting any response from them. This is very unfair on part of customers. I would like this matter to be addressed.
