Good service

So i sent 5 articles. 2 of them arrived broken and i sent them an email. On their website is stated that there is a period of not more than 14 days to do a claim. In our email exange they say that the limit is 6 days. Unfortunately this is not mentioned in the conditions of the insurance. Furthermore they are not responsive. What a scam!

Do not use it, as then you are not "the sender".

I sent a package with PostNL, last week, using Goedkooppakket. The next day it was sorted and ready to be delivered, but then something happened, and it now says forever "Bezorgtijd wordt berekend" (Delivery time is being calculated)

I contacted PostNL, but they plainly refused to give me any info, because "I am not the sender" to them. The sender is some third party company (Goedkoopppaket) and only they can initiate an investigation.

OK, I contacted Goedkooppakket, they answered very quick that they will investigate the issue, and never again heard back from them. I contacted them again, no answer.

So, after a week my package is not delivered and there is nothing I can do. If I had sent it directly with PostNL I could do something, but using Goedkooppakket my hands are tied.

Hello! The carton I put things in was very hard and sturdy, well packed with paper and foil. When he traveled, he may have been under a heavier package because he had sunk and some of the things were crushed. I would be happy if there was more care for the shipments that travel for a longer time. But no problem for me, I'm glad at least it arrived to its recipient, that's why I'm giving a 3 star review.
