Richard was very knowledgeable when we went into the store and helped us to decide which carpet would be suitable, he also came out to measure the room. Stuart fitted the carpet which included a large bay window. The room had been recently decorated, yet none of the paintwork was damaged. We were very pleased with both Richard and Stuart and would highly recommend Gofloorit.

We had GoFloorIt around to give us a price for the bathroom & en-suite. They gave us different options based on quality of vinyl & methods of completing the job. Once we accepted the quote, the fitter was arranged. He arrived on time, respectful of the property & fitted the flooring to an exceptional standard - how they get the vinyl to fit around the tight curves of sink pedestal!
Would fully recommend GoFloorIt for professionalism, price & quality of workmanship.

From start to finish the experience from Go Floor It was excellent. Richard did the quote and followed up but didn’t apply any pressure and was receptive to us when we said we would be getting other quotes.

Stuart the fitter was brilliant, doing a fantastic job not only removing our old carpet quickly and efficiently, and the laying out new LVT floor by Brampton Chase which looks amazing. Ensuring that he left the areas that he worked in and accessed from clean and always being respectful to our home and belongings.

I use Go Floor It often as I manage rental properties, once again an excellent job from start to finish, with helpful advice and friendly efficient service, I had carpets in two rooms and stairs, flooring in bathrooms and hall, the house is occupied and the fitters helped with moving furniture too, my tenant and myself are really pleased, thanks

I received excellent, very professional service from the start to finish. Superb showroom, well stocked with every quality of products. My first contact was with Richard, who carried out a home visit to measure. He helped me to choose the products and gave me couple of quotations depending on what I wanted to do.

The fitter Stuart was excellent, trustworthy and reliable and tidy. He carried out the work quick and to the highest standard. I totally recommend GFI company.

We wanted a new carpet for stairs and landing.
They turned up on time to measure.
The quote was on time.
They turned up on time to fit the carpet, did their usual good job, cleared up the mess and offered us the remaining offcut included in the price, which we took.
We use them for all our carpets and floors and have never had a problem, so we will continue to use them in the future.

A very good service from the day of measuring up to the day the work was completed. All staff were extremely polite, the fitters on the day did a great job, tidying up as they went, leaving everywhere they had been neat and tidy. A great company to use.

Gofloorit supplied us with flooring for our kitchen 5 years ago. They spent lots of time answering all my (many) questions and the service and fitting were really good. We've just extended the kitchen and they've easily matched and supplied more flooring. Again, the service from Gofloorit and their fitters has been great.

Great service from GoFloorIt as usual. We had our whole house done in LVP and Carpets. Richard came to measure and arranged fitting too. All the hassle taken out of what we needed.

I would not recommend this business. Having attended our Head Office in Northampton to provide a fixed price quotation for 3 rooms (including the Managing Director’s office) they reneged on their tendered price of £2,842 plus vat stating they had forgotten to include the fitting cost in the fully installed price. Lol Amazingly it’s taken them over 3 weeks to contact us with this information and to add insult to injury have increased the tender price to £4,964 which is materially higher than all the the contractors who submitted accurate and honest quotes at the time. Very unprofessional and dubious business practices. STAY WELL CLEAR!

REPLY TO RESPOND: You were given the go ahead for the work on the 14th March (bar dates/colours) and you decided to reply on the 29th March with a massively increased price, when we had already informed the other tenderers they weren't successful. Furthermore your "alleged" forgotten the fitting fees revised price was materially more than everyone else in the tender process. A reputable business would not conduct itself in such a way and would have honoured their quoted price.
The good news is Mark Bird Flooring (in Rushden) has taken the job and can fit 2 weeks earlier than this outfit promised on the 14th March!
