And now for the third time in a row they haven't delivered my package!!! Each time they write that no one was home. I'm tired of arguing and calling the hotline. The first time, you returned the package with the phone to China and never delivered it to me. The second time, you also wrote that I wasn't home. Even though I tracked the package and was waiting for it at home. And I had to go to a branch in another city to pick up the package!!! And yesterday was the third time. I'm on vacation, I've been sitting at home all day waiting for the package. And you just write that no one is home!!!! This is not funny anymore! Your job is to deliver packages. What should I do??? it was supposed to be delivered today but no one came to my house. now i have to wait 1-3 days till they can deliver again they claimed i wasnt home but i was with my mother. I was waiting at home to wait on my package i dont get to see a time of when it gets delivered this is the worst experience ive ever had since i never saw anyone stop by my house not even a neighbor so when did they come by to deliver? NEVER.

The worst possible experience, they lost my parcel. I was not at home at the time of delivery, and the courier just took a photo of my closed door and the packet on his hand. The packet is nowhere to be found, and the company gave me a delivery address of a different building. After asking again because there is no parcel at that building, they said they delivered to me, and provide proof that I was away. They do not have serious proof of delivery, they do not know where they gave my packet, and asked for flight tickets to confirm that i did not get it.

First time i ordered from temu and was happy for a supposedly fast delivery so on 21 feb i waited. As it says delivery guy is out to deliver. Waited waited waited. Nothing and at 12:03 got a message that delivery failed. Client not home i mean WTF i was waiting the whole time. Now today 24/02. I places a post it next the bell saying im home. Press this. Lets see what happens. And as usual. My whole morning is wasted. Wish they would set a time so that people do not have to waste half a day

It’s 21/02/2026 and my package said “delivered” at 1:02pm but did not receive my package and neither my neighbors. Photos taken was my closed door, and a package on a hand. I really need that package and it’s Saturday I can’t contact the courier or the GOFO office for information. Please find my package and bring it back to me. I’m really frustrated since afternoon. Once I receive it I’ll take a picture of it myself.

The service is unacceptable never before experienced with any delivery company. We have videoring, therefore we can see that no delivery has taken place but the company keeps claiming it had been delivered. Accidenly, 4 days later found the package in a barn. Would be useful if the Gofo inform where they place the package.

They send me pictures as a proof of "delivery "
My packet on the floor of the building entrance hall ,where hundreds of people are living. ( also visitors Comes and goes)
Which means no one will ever know who pick up the packet.

To that extent how can i even be sure that your delivery person take a photo of the packet and took it back ?????
But they said it is delivered to me i have to pay the price for their unprofessional service.

Terrible service
They registered package as delivered without ringing the doorbell or showing proof of actually leaving the package at the location, then asked me to ask my neighbors without indicating to whom it MIGHT (if ever) have been left to. I called them twice without really receiving any support from their personnel and finally refused to help locate the package dismissing my request

Nobody came, the package was postponed a couple of time due to “nobody being home” but I was home.. so At some point.. I got a call from the driver.. nice guy.. he told me he can’t find my address and if I can send him the coordinates like I am in the military or something.. so he said there is no address on the package.. and he can’t reach my house.. I gave him instructions like he’s a toddler, I put my clothes on walked to a different street and got my package.. I looked at the package and my address was on it… these drivers are incompetent people. The whole experience with this gofo company is absurd. Wish I could give you 0 stars.

Delivery drivers don’t deliver and just say i wasn’t home. GOFO doesn’t automatically schedule new moment for delivery but asks you manually request with a broken link, calling customer service means crazy waiting times and worst service ever just sending back packages you’ve been waiting a month for

I don’t get a tracking time when my package might arrive, there’s no useful information in the chatbot because it’s all basic problems it can help you with meaning you don’t get much or quick help at all.
The website looks kinda like a mishmash of just some quickly assembled buttons with no truly useful functionality

I was expecting a very important package from China. GOFO only shows in the track & trace that the delivery is on the way without giving any exact time frame of the delivery time. This is not a professional way of delivering anything, because time is money for everyone of us.
I couldn't stay at home waiting for the delivery guy the entire day, but in the proof of delivery, he stated that the package is delivered in my post box. When I got home, there was nothing in the post box. I contacted them of course immediately. They sent me 2 photos as a proof. One photo of the package self, the other one was showing that the package did not fit in the post box obviously. It was totally outside of the post box, so it was not safely and properly delivered and someone took it away. This was the first and hopefully the last time that they deliver anything to me! Never use them!
