Bennie’s attitude the owner has been very unprofessional. I would share screenshots of our conversations if I could. It’s disappointing that when concerns are raised about the products, the response is to threaten legal action instead of resolving the issue. Not everyone is intimidated by such threats.

Bought now my third laptop through Go Gadgets - I am very happy with the standard of the laptop and service. It does not feel like a refurbished laptop seeing that the battery last as long as a new one and the laptop gives me no problems. My first laptop I purchased had an issue but I contact them and they immediately replaced the laptop - the customer care service is very good and personal (you deal with a hands on person that wants to resolve your issue efficiently, quick and with kindness). The delivery time is also very good(they use courier guy).

Loved how both the team members assisted me in picking exactly what I needed.

Most of the time the quality is better than expected or meets expectations.

Ordered a Thinkpad, R5500, fee shipment. Day before delivery, told that a surcharge would be levied due to fuel increase !!! Extremely poor business process

Great product. Working very well. More annoyed with myself for not double checking the connections that are available as it only had VGA (thereby making it necessary to buy an HD converter). It would be nice if that would be stated somewhere in a prominent position.

Machine came in great quality. All components are excellent ,especially considering its refurbished. Hdd has makes some noise. But still has 100% health. Besides the HDD everything else is excellent .

I am happy with my desktop that i received, it works excellent. I will recommend anyone to Go Gadgets 100%.

the battery and body damages were not mentioned, but the Mac is working well, beside the demages and battery life cycle it is good devices I am loving it so muvh

Quickest delivery of excellent stuff meeting my needs

The "refurb" Docking station i bought is faulty. One usb port is dead and while i am working all the usb's randomly stop working for a split second and then start working again. Installed the latest drivers and usual trouble shooting with no success. I give this a two star because this was not properly tested before selling it to the public as a "Refurb". The Purchase process was seamless though. Cant see a way to return it on the other hand.
