Canadian gamer review
Gogamegeek has delivered two great products to me. A couple months ago I purchased an Anbernic RG40XXV. Now I just received my Powkiddy x55. I have been playing the x55 for the last three days. So far, I haven't done one update or tinker with either device and they still perform very well. I made a choice to stick with the stock OS on both consoles too. No complaints whatsover. My Favorites folder on both devices are already loaded with my favorite selection of games. Plus, the cases I also bought from Gogamegeek are a great addition. I know I will be playing these devices for a long time. Excellent products. Not disappointed. I'm a very satisfied customer! 👌👍

Slow Shipping Despite Pre-Order and Bad Customer Service
Took almost 2 weeks to ship a pre-order after release. I ordered another of the same product from a different company on the same day that they claim they shipped it to me and it ended up getting to me faster than GoGameGeek despite being in the same reason. Also, customer service is atrocious; don't tell your customers to "be patient".

Perfect purple Miyoo Mini Plus from GoGameGeek
I purchased a purple Miyoo Mini Plus with Onion OS installed recently. They shipped it in 2 days and I received an email when I ordered it and when it shipped. They put in a SD disk Sandisk brand and added some very good select games. I am a beginner and plug and play. It looks beautiful and works brilliantly. I love the Onion OS. I recently had issue with it and contacted the customer service. They responded the same day offering to help me with the issue. I was able to resolve the issue 30 minutes after I requested help. I am very impressed with the Miyoo Mini and the customer service of GoGame. This is my new favorite handheld. The device is absolutely perfect in every way. This is one of best handhelds where I can’t think of one thing that should be better.

Wasn't sure when placing an order at first, glad I did. Great site.
Gaming and customer service should go hand in hand. Here it does. You want to play the games of the past, well why not enjoy quality customer service of the past, today? That's what I've gotten.
Excellent patient customer service. Buying a gaming device should be something you feel good about. With large retailers you don't always get the feeling you will be taken care of in the same way you do with a more dedicated website such as this.
Great prices, discount codes, specials, and an selection of all the latest and some of the more niche products you're looking for in retro gaming.
I've found they often include little add ins when you're a customer as well.
I've purchased a number of devices off of them and have been more than pleased each time. Getting what I ordered and usually something extra. All in great condition with good shipping speed. No strange charges, and you don't get bombarded with spam emails.
This is retro gaming, simple and direct. The way it used to be.
