Imani provided help in a thoughtful and generous manner to me, which I’m very grateful for.

This site and their sister sites are all scams. I believe they're based in Cyprus. Once they have your card details they will charge you every month!

I was trying to pay for a document relating to trading, that's when they're request for payment popped up. The trick is that they take your card details for services or products, but in reality all they want to do is to scam you out of money.

I contacted their support and they promised to refund me in full only if I leave a positive review, which of course I refused. Hence, no refund.

Please do not believe the positive reviews, either they're fake or they are from people who have agreed to leave a positive review so that they get their money back.

Keep well away.

Below is an email from their support team asking for a positive review so that they refund the money they have scammed from me:

To make things right, we have canceled your subscription and will refund your membership fees to your card ending in 3749.

To proceed with the refund, as we're making an exception to our standard policy, we kindly ask for your support by sharing your feedback on our Trustpilot page. Please ensure your rating falls within the range of 4 to 5 stars. You can always mention my name and rate my services.

Important: In your review, we kindly ask that you avoid using terms like "refund" or "membership cancellation," as these can be confusing for other customers.
Instead, we would greatly appreciate it if you could write one of the following phrases: "good service," "good company," "thank you," "good experience," "good customer support," etc.

Please note: Reviews including terms such as "refund" will not be considered positive, regardless of the number of stars given. Consequently, we will not be able to proceed with the refund process, which is a significant exception from our team.

Once your review is submitted, we will proceed accordingly with your refund and the money will be reflected in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

Despite being charged for a service I do not remember signing up.for, Paula the service.customer was very helpful by indicating that a refund shall be made despite my cancellation.

Very good products and an excellent customer service as well, especially Elsa that helped me out dearly. GOGAMING is very much well recommended.

Diamond was awesome and helped with anything needed. Fast and easy response.

Scan site. That is the worst experience I ever had on online shop. since then 3 different sites including foaming zone are debiting my credit card every month same day. I have contacted one of their agent who promised refunds that never happened ! I don’t trust the review 5 stars here, pure invention
