The only hassle is that the car is not parked at our door, but a short bus ride away. Not a problem.

We've been members of GoGet for over a decade, and now are eligible for the GoGet Senior plan, which saves a lot. There are three cars within two blocks of our flat, and the closest one is a Toyota Corolla Hybrid. We book it most of the time because it makes us feel that we're doing just a bit more for the climate crisis.

GoGet is such a great service. Easy to use, good value for money and transparent

I used a brand new phone number to call their customers services ( the worst customer services there is, located in India) and didn't call anybody else after that. The very next day, I start receiving scammer phone call from India.
They were the only one to have my new number, if you need to call them, you can expect to received scam call the very next day.

Goget has many pod locations. They answer calls almost instantly unlike popcars where you can be on hold for more than 30 minutes. Goget cars are exactly where they are marked. Unlike popcars, their cars are never at the correct GPS locations, which is rather time consuming and frustrating. Goget is 100% reliable!

Had a great experience with my first GoGet booking ( there was some delay with the application but once I spoke to them on the phone it was resolved quickly.

Last week, I rented a car from GoGet for a brief journey. Upon starting the car, we immediately noticed an unusual noise and later discovered a significant dent at the rear. We promptly contacted GoGet to report the matter, although our initial attempts were met with disconnections on three occasions. Eventually, a representative managed to arrange an alternative vehicle and transfer our booking accordingly. Regrettably, upon receiving the statement, a $25 fine was imposed, falsely asserting that I had utilised the damaged car without a reservation. I was compelled to contact GoGet to request reimbursement, despite this being an error not attributable to me. Notably, my profile now carries this unwarranted offense. Today, while seeking clarification on two straightforward inquiries regarding credit card surcharges, the initial operator exhibited discourteous behaviour and abruptly terminated the call prior to addressing my second question, despite my initial indication of having multiple queries. The subsequent operator, however, proved to be courteous, patient, and helpful in addressing all my concerns. I cannot, in good faith, recommend GoGet cars due to their unreliability, coupled with the lack of responsiveness from their chat support.

So easy. We live in Richmond and only need a car occasionally. Everything worked as we expected the only difficulty we had was finding the dedicated parking bay (we don't think there is one) when we returned it.

it’s really easy and affordable option of renting a car. I think it’s more suitable for half a day or less than a day or even just one day trip.

Where is the car that literally parked at the corner. you don’t have to travel to the rental car company, that’s the big advantage of them.

My experience of the GoGet service was excellent. The van was located where it was meant to be. The interior was clean and tidy. The vehicle was easy to drive and performed well. As I was driving, I thought, this is the kind of service that generates good will in the community.
