While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Scam

I paid, no email, no parcel, nothing. They're not Inotoluck.com anymore, who knows what name they're going to take next to continue ripping people off. The email they use is service(at)livedepots.com and they say they can't find my parcel, even the bank proof of transference

Money taken, no goods arrived.

I ordered and paid for goods from these guys, but nothing has come, no email acknowledgment and their email for customer services bounces. I have contacted my credit card company who will hopefully get me a refund... I will give it another week. Remember you have 120 days after you paid for the item, if it doesn't arrive, contact your credit card company...
BE AWARE! - THESE GUYS HAVE RENAMED THEIR WEBSITE IT IS NOW CALLED..
Inotoluck.com

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Package was delivered to somewhere ( not me) months ago. I have been constantly battling with them to get my money back, as I have not received my items. They deliberately ignore EVERYTHING I say, ignore ALL EVIDENCE I provide, even tried to deny that I had ever ordered from them. Beyond disgusting, ignorant, time wasters, they now have a large chunk of my money and I have nothing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are ignorant, liars and thieves as far as I am concerned.
