Complete scam company. After being offered £210 for a phone that was in nearly perfect condition after I sent in it was then reduced to £75. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of getting the phone back so just accepted. It seems after reading other reviews they same the same thing is wrong with all the devices - a faulty speaker. After claiming the funds are transferred same day it then said it would take a week to deposit in my account. It's now been over a week and have had no response to emails regarding payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

Where do I start I was originally offered £170 for my phone then that came with an offer of £55 I declined this offer and asked them to return my phone they then made another offer of £70 again I declined and asked them to return my phone they then offered me a further offer of £90 pound and I was that annoyed and tired of asking them to return my phone I accepted the offer just to get it dealt with or so I thought it’s been 9 days now and still not been paid for the phone I strongly rec anyone to sell there devices elsewhere this company do not have a clue if I could have give minus stars on review I would have

Relatively seamless process- I applied, they gave me a postage label, I sent my phone and they reviewed within a few days. The dropped the value of my phone saying there was an issue with the microphone- which I had never experienced but I wasn’t in a position to argue so accepted the lower offer (approx half) and it was paid to my account within the week. Disappointed with the final payment but it was done.

I wasn’t sceptical reading other reviews about not hearing from them etc, but this was no my experience.
