Ordering was great. Shipping not so much care
Ordering was great. Customer service was great. But shipping was not so good.
All of the bottom boxes were damaged (5 boxes) due to poor palletizing it actually took 3 people to get the pallet off the truck because it was damaged so badly. We couldn’t see any damage before we got it unloaded at the job because it was wrapped really well and the damage was up through where the forklift either loaded or unloaded it.

Very helpful
Even tho we ended shopping locally, GoHardwood was a lot of help. I love the Home Visualizer, You can get lost for hours looking at what wood flooring samples will look like in your home. You take a picture of inside your home and magically when you pick a sample, it'll show up on your floor.
Lot os help when purchasing just the floor samples.

Go Hardwood is great
Go Hardwood is great. I got low prices and great service on the phone. The flooring I ordered was available for an easy pickup at a trucking terminal just as expected after cross-country shipping. I was impressed. The only negative I see is that the company's return policy is very limited. I may have one box of flooring left over from my project, and I doubt that I'll be able to return it.
