Stay away from this scam .. they don’t answer emails , they don’t deliver anything that you order..Please close this company down by not ordering anything from them..SCAM

Do not buy anything from this company ! They are not uk based and are a rip off. My bank had to investigate and get my money back as they are a scam site. The website looks gen and well made but they just take your money and you’ll never receive anything. The emails you’ll get in reply will be telling you dispatch dates from couriers that don’t even exist.

Wished I read review before dealing with them. Ordered smart watch that never arrived. Thy promised they were going to make a refund and I kept getting deductions via klarna. No I can't get any reply from them to sort it out. Terrible

I ordered my watch on 20th September and still waiting? It is very difficult to track the item as well, very stressful indeed. Don’t think I will repeat this experience.

I wish I'd read the reviews, what an awful company to deal with, ordered on 23 August, 4 weeks later got a small part of my order but the email says order complete, emailed the company got a feeble excuse still nothing, emailed again a week later, nothing

Absolutely scared for £45.

Order shows tracking then stops. Been stuck at Heathrow for 10 days, contacted got an email, then all emails disappeared. No replies now.

Scammers.

They are scammers. Sent me notifications about delivery and a tracking number, even email delivery confirmation but never received the parcel.

Ordered magnetic bracelet in black and described as 99% copper and the bracelet is made from aluminium and not cooper very poor item

OMG what a dreadful service, ordered 3 items on the 8th Sept, now the 25th Sept, sent many messages but no reply, how does this company make money is any ones guess, my advice, do not use gohomie.

I think they are scammers,never back to me ,never received my order i wrote 100 emails and nothing

I purchased 2 colours, not knowing how they would come out. Both of them went on the same and made my skin look grey and deathly. Horrible colours that just don't do what they claim

Ordered herbal vapes, pack of 16 but only received 4, and none of them work, nothing seems to be coming out from them, basically I’ve been scammed, do not order from them, wasted almost £25 purchasing them, how silly I was.

Fraud website no confirmation about order. They deducted the amount from my account.

I have ordered a product from gohomie for over a month now but it has not delivered I have conbtacted them several time and they keep telling to wait for the order. this is a scam company swindled me of my £45.00. buyer beware.

I ordered a new smartwatch from Gohomie. Delivery was slow but it did eventually arrive. The packaging was very poor, and the instructions were tiny and extremely basic, making setup difficult. I eventually managed to get the right language, but some of the apps and menus still remained in another language.

The watch only lasted around two weeks before failing — the screen began flickering as if there was an electrical fault. When I emailed customer service, their only response was either to pay for the return postage back to China or accept a 50% refund.

The whole product felt cheap and unreliable. Unfortunately, this was one of the rare times I forgot to check Trustpilot before buying, and I regret it.

Interesting to note: when you go onto their website to order, the message/feedback section has been switched off — probably to stop people leaving honest comments after purchasing. That says a lot about how they run their business.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Please don't waste your money on that rubbish smartphone it is not worth the price of a small children toy. Its is not as described and the company is a scam. All the beautiful functions and colourful scenes you see in the advert are not there. When I realised after couple of days after I paid for one and emailed them to stop sending the product, the refused and still send it. The worse thing is that, it is not as described in their advert and if you lucky, tha battery of the watch will only work for about 4 hours.
I demanded to return it for my money back but was told it will cost me the postage. The postage to return the item cost even more the the item itself.
I was then told that they would refund 80% of my money but that never happened. They are Crooks please save your money.

Ordered an item from them in July, I hadn’t received item by 4 August so emailed them. Was told item was in transit. They now claim item was delivered 22 July. My post office sorting office has no record of the item being received, and advised tracking number is invalid. Absolute con merchants. Avoid at all cost

Ordered a watch through this company which never arrived.
Contacted their Customer Service several times requesting an update, all I received was a stock answer of “the item has been shipped”!
I have also requested a Refund to which they said they can’t refund because the item has been shipped.
