IGOE is a poor COBRA services company…
IGOE is a poor COBRA administrator company. Their customer service is really bad. They do not respond to calls or emails. Even their call back system is setup just to dodge customer calls and a call back did not happen. Their business system software recently went through a change and they cancelled our insurance coverage twice. It took hours of trying to reach them each time to reinstate our coverage while full payments were being made and checks cashed by IGOE. In the meantime, our health insurance provider was sending us notices of cancelled coverage. It was a nightmare working with IGOE. They have no notes of calls you make to them, no customer communication logs and no reference numbers for any cases.
