Bad product, bad support

I am the client of a facility that used the iheart internal age product. The owner of the facility promoted the benefit of the product to his clients and a number of us agreed to let him give us internal age readings.

But the readings given by the product were a mess - I am 52. It would tell me I was 31,, then, immediately after the first reading, it would tell me I was 78.

A number of our group laughed at the guy and he was embarrassed. He said he would get answers.

I couple of weeks later, he was excited. He had purchased a tripod to hold the ipad that showed the results and said he was told that was the solution. But once we started doing the tests, the craziness continued. The product readings were simply not legitimate. So he called them again.

This time they said they were going to produce a user guide of how to use the product, as they had never done that.

Weeks past. No user guide.

So he called again and they said the user guide was not done and the product user needed to be in a resting state. But he did not know what that meant - for how long? Sitting? Horizonal?. So he asked them to explain. In response, rather that explaining or providing the user guide as promised, they terminated their communication with him.

That should tell you a bit about the company, the product and the ethics.
