We’ve always had exceptional personal service from this company and it’s usually the same person answering the phone.

This particular experience is not only outstanding but, I would suggest - unique.

My trolly became submerged in a pond and wouldn’t work after thoroughly being dried out (the model was a later and expensive one). Neither would the battery work.

They quoted me £200 to fix; I readily agreed, believing it would save me several £hundred.

After they received it and repaired both the trolly & battery I was charged £129.

Collected and returned without charge.

Impressive or what?

I was really disappointed to receive my go kart trolley back after a really expensive service and repair. The wheels were untouched and dirty. Come on go kart. It would have taken ten minutes to clean the trolley and I would have been happier. Shame.

I have had one of these brilliant trolleys for 12 years (yes you read that right!). Something finally went wrong with my trolley a few weeks ago and so I thought i would treat myself to a new trolley while at the same time having my old trolley serviced/repaired by gokart. To my suprise. none of the other brands i tried matched up to the Ease of use and design of the GoKart and my trolley came back from service effectively rebuilt to new....Litterally, as good as new.

I cannot recommend this product highly enough and would be happy to talk to anyone interested in more details of my experience.

What a superb service Gokart provides. Effortless from to start to finish. Golf trolley feels brand new. Would heartily recommend the go kart trolley and the aftercare they provide. Thank you Gokart!!

The customer service from the team at GoKart is second to none. My friend left me a trolley, which i sent off for a service. They were very understanding to why I wanted to keep it and it came back fully services and looking like new.

I would recommend them to anybody.

Since I started golf, many years ago, I have used, and loved, Gokart trolleys. As many reviewers have already said high quality and reliability of the trolleys, premium after sales service and knowledgeable friendly communication have been consistent throughout the life of one's kart. Unfortunately, with the hedgehog winter wheels for the MK2, I am sad to observe Gokart appear to have dropped the ball. I find it impossible to remove the wheels for cleaning. Frustrating, but Gokart will remain my go-to supplier.

My second review because GoKart keep exceeding my expectations. They continue to show a commitment and desire to sort out any issues that is rare to find these days. It is such a breath of fresh air when you hear the words "don't worry we will sort it out" and they did. The products are good but the sevice is second to none - Thanks again, Richard


I have had both the Mk1 and Mk2 versions.
Have in the past highly recommend them to friends and members of my club.
A number have been purchased on my recommendation.
However, I believe the customer service is not as good currently.

Had a problem with my automatic handle couple of months ago.
Seemed loose, spoke to them and advised that this was normal and not to worry.

Well last weekend trolley stopped and completely dead while playing.
Tried a different battery, no good

Sent several emails to them, no response.
Called them and the individual said, I don’t read emails !!!

Tried to book a service and repair, advised it would be two weeks before the trolley could even be collected.

So, no trolley for about 3 to 4 weeks…
Will now have to hire one now each time I play at a considerable cost.

Shame a good trolley.
Will buy a different brand now, with service local.

Just received my mark 2 go kart. Ordered at 1.00 first day and received at 8.00 the next morning, beautifully packaged. Had a mark one for over 10 years which has been back a couple of times for reconditioned and every time the customer service has been brilliant and the trolley extremely reliable. My battery has packed up so decided might as well upgrade trolley at the same time. I have a very small boot and this was the only electric trolley that I could find that would fit in. Had a umbrella holder on my old trolley that I did not think would transfer to my new trolley but they are sending me the kit to do this free of charge. Definitely recommend the company and the trolley.

I bought my Gokart mk11 golf trolley in September 21 and I love it. Gokart have never chased me for a review which surprises me! Their after sale service is second to none and they answer the phone straight away! I previously had a motocaddy which was almost twice the price and the Gokart surpasses it and I would thoroughly recommend the Gokart to anybody who cares to listen. No body has asked me for this review I am sharing my thoughts because I love this product!

Would find it difficult to get better customer service,very unusual in this day and age.
Picked my trolley up for repair and returned in less than a week with a bank holiday in between, would recommend to anybody,excellent.

GoKart are an excellent company to deal with. Over the past 8 years I have purchased two GoKart trolleys and whilst the quality of the golf trolley is first class anytime I have had to contact their Customer Service helpline I have found them to be extremely helpful, highly efficient and professional.

Just for reference having previously had the original version the Mark 2 golf cart is a definite enhancement and well worth considering.

Five star service from a company I have recommended to many of my friends and will continue to buy their products.

My Gokart battery got stuck and then consequently broke while I was trying to remove it leaving me with a trolley that was out of action and potentially with an expensive bill to sort it out as my trolley was not within warranty. When I contacted Gokart, they could not have been more helpful, even though I was 2 months past my warranty they said not to worry and that they would sort it. 2 weeks later I have a fully working and as good as new trolley and all I had to pay was the postage. Absolutely top customer service and attitude, no reason why I would ever use any other trolley.

The service Go Kart give customers is brilliant! I broke my drive shaft (stupidly taking a short cut off the course). After speaking to them they told me how to dismantle it and shipped the part to me next day. No charge for parts or shipping. My Go Kart is 5 years old!! I will certainly replace it with another if it “Dies”!!

Order for a new lithium battery model placed in early August - the product eventually turned up today!!! No updates from Go Kart. When they were pursued re this customer service was shocking, rude on one occasion and they clearly had no idea as to what was causing the delay and when it would be resolved. I should have cancelled my order. Product when it did materialise was poorly packaged, and no gesture to apologise for the excessive delay or poor treatment over the previous weeks was with it which I think is rubbish - a voucher to spend in store would cost them nothing but no, this is the level of quality you get with this lot. Never again.

Swapped over to this kind of trolley about 12 months ago. Got the Mk2 basic model. Absolutely fantastic, easy to operate, put up and down, Store, fit in car, clean. After sales is 2nd to non, battery played up and I had a new one the next day. I can also vouch for the fact that if it getS hit full on by a golf buggy going at a fare pace it does not smash to pieces. It happened to me and if it wasn’t for the sturdiness and quality build of the trolley I would probably have at least 2 broken legs and worse, as it is I came away with a couple of cuts and bruises and broken trolley wheels, which golf cart had In the post to me and with me in 24hrs. What more can you ask for.... I won’t be using them for a while till I heal up a bit but the speed of delivery is very much appreciate. Don’t hesitate to buy this type of trolley it really is the business. Thank you Go Kart 😊🏌️‍♀️

I have had a Mk 1 automatic GoKart since 2012, I use it for 18 holes twice a week on a reasonably flat course.
A great product and the best customer service imaginable. About a year after purchase the microswitch on the auto handle failed. After contacting GoKart to establish my basic fault finding was correct they arranged a courier pickup and even gave me a trolley on loan while mine was fixed !
Repair was done under warranty in a couple of days.
Over the next few years I have had to order a few spares due to wear and tear, a front wheel bearing kit, a replacement charger, and a bag strap plus a separately sourced battery replacement.
A couple of months ago I burnt out the controller board by leaving the trolley engaged while up against a wall. Due to covid shutdown I had to wait a few weeks to get a repair. A £99 full service covers everything and comes with another warranty.
It was delivered today exactly one week after pickup.
Without doubt the best customer service I have ever received. and in my opinion a better trolley than the S3 Motocaddy I have been using for the past few weeks

Apart from acknowledging my order on 11/07/20, telling me that it would be 28 days until delivery (after I ordered mind - not before) because of Covid 19 I haven't had a peep out of them. Website suggests they are so inundated with orders that perhaps i should relieve their burden by asking for my money back. I have already notified GoKart about this. I shall revert, to set the record straight, if there is a happy ending to this (non) saga.

Probably Good for the price. I gave the automatic version. To be honest I never really mastered it. I play on a hilly course if that has any bearing on it. Too often it wants to run away and pulling it back on s regular basis makes my arms ache, especially now I have got a little arthritis. I asked GoKart about changing it to a manual model but thought the cost was too much. I am going to eBay it and get a more upmarket model.
