I absolutely love Kick. The Drs very easily let you try a combination of non controlled substances to get the right mix to actually work. I don’t understand why all Drs don’t do this. I strongly recommend them!!!

This was a massive game changer for my presentations. I am a good speaker, but I get nervous for no reason and my hands shake or my voice is breathy. The beta blocker took all of the nerves away and I was able to speak confidently. I am so so glad I finally have this.

One thing I do find annoying is how they retarget you to try their sleep program. I don’t have any issues sleeping, nor did I mention it on my intake, so it just felt a bit annoying to receive those marketing emails

Aside from that this has been a phenomenal experience

Though I appreciate the ability to try different medications, there is no real analysis of the results of the sleep med trials and no advice to help hone in on what is happening within the results. You’re just kind of thrown to wolves to figure it out.
Even with my Apple Watch sleep app info no real followupbor recommendations of might work better. For example my app tells me I have trouble with sleep onset and fragmented sleep during the night with multiple long awake times. Yet I received no advice on which meds might work well for that.
In addition, you are unable to prescribe a higher dose when needed or to stack medication’s that work well together to achieve a proper sleep. It makes me wonder. Does your team have a doctor that is actually a sleep specialist???? So in the end, you’re very limited in what you can do I would say it is an incomplete program and service.

The propranolol has helped me immensely with my performance anxiety and Kick Health has been easy to work with to get the medicine I need to help when I get too anxious occasionally. They are very professional and easy to work with

Beta blockers helped me get through my finals in graduate school. Giving presentations in front of a class has always been difficult no matter how much I prepared. Beta blockers definitely took the edge off my anxiety and gave me confidence. I wish I would have known about beta blockers a lot earlier.
