We never use mass production processing techniques such as pasteurising, filtering or synthetic probiotics for shelf stability as we don't supply retail, so our kombucha has more gut-friendly microbes and beneficial yeasts than any processed “kombucha drinks” sold in supermarkets or on Amazon. We only bottle in glass - never in porous polymer plastic-lined aluminimum cans which studies have shown can leech into live, low pH drinks, building up cumulatively in the gut over time - and we never add synthesised sweetners like erythritol or setviol glucosides that can irritate the gut lining causing bloating, diarrhea and cramp - the very conditions our kombucha can help aleviate! First Time Buyer
First order. Went for a mixed case of 250 ml bottles and a case of China White also in 250 ml. Especially like the China White. The Ginger is very tasty and extra lively so that's my second favourite so far. Order was easy and got a first time buyer discount. Arrived on time. Interested to see if it makes me feel healthier and am also reducing my intake of Ultra Processed foods. Drinking it from a favourite glass also enhances the enjoyment.

I ordered a few flavours. They were OK but not to my tastes unfortunately. I'm still giving 4 stars because of how they are made.
One flavour totally reminded me of a drink from my teens (white lightening cider. Aptly named 'china white')
I'm sure they are very popular because of the processes etc but I'm not a fan

That it should be easily obtainable to buy like this in Waitrose or other supermarkets in the Prosecco section
I loved the bottle and the packaging was great .it felt like drinking Prosecco although it had a small after taste of apple cider vinegar which I wasn’t too fond off , could you recommend another type you would have that doesn’t have that taste at the end ? Thanks Ann

Sample and variety pack: I really enjoyed trying this first case, and were impressed with the quality and flavours. I'm new to kombucha and like to mix mine with some sparkling water as an alternative to alcohol - which is very refreshing without detracting from subtle flavours.
