Horrible customer service! Unresponsive! Delivered the order very late around 11 pm local time! Conversion rate is ridiculously high!

Even 1 star is too much!!!
For the money they get! They do nothing. Never again....

This is just a sham! The service is the worst, and the profit they make (the conversion rate they use) is ridiculous. You can find much better deals other places.

They are not unrest! I wrote a review for them on Facebook to but they removed it which is very unprofessional!
I order flower for my friend a week ago For yesterday but she Still didn’t get it! I email them, sent a massage on Facebook, call them and no one answered as usual! When something happen no one respond you!!! Finally I text the us number and they answered, he/she said everything ok and just give them my order number to check and let me know, after that e/she never respond me! I’m still waiting on him and doesn’t respond!!!!
So rude and unprofessional!!!!

For the first time, I decided to use the Golbazar website to send two packages to my brother in Tehran. Unfortunately, the first time they attempted to deliver, my brother was not home to receive the package so I called to request a second delivery. Golbazar was able to send the package for the second time that same day! Excellent customer service! Flowers looked exactly the same as the picture. I’m so happy and I definitely be a returning customer!. After living 35 years in USA, it feels amazing to send flowers and goodies to my loved ones knowing they get exactly what I requested.

I order gifts from them every year for my family in Iran. I love the next day delivery option, everything is always fresh and as described (sometimes even better). They have great costumer service and using the website is very easy. I recommend Golbazar to everyone.
