I made 2 orders within the last 2 weeks for my sister and her daughter's birthday. Everything went smooth and easy thanks to "Farnaz" and "Bahador" being very professional and caring. I've always had good experience with Golbazar and their good service, but this time around was a little bit disappointing. The person in charge of the delivery was so rude and disrespectful to my sister and took the entire day to finish the job even though the timeframe was confirmed by him! The box of flowers and cookies was supposed to be there @ 3:00 but my sister received it @ 8:30 which is not acceptable.

Farnaz was great and made sure that my order was delivered! She helped me through payment process and delivery, she was so kind and patient.

The bouquet was as displayed in the photo, flowers were fresh and beautiful. It was also delivered in time. But, there's a delivery fee, and then another "delivery and service fee"! The extra charge isn't mentioned and is added after you place the order.

They are good for some things like flowers and gifts with reasonable price..
An agent's name (Farnaz) was such professional and knowledgeable about which item is perfect for my needs.

I made a recent purschase from half around the world. I took some flowers and cake with a special note and the delivery was made promptly the next day and during the specified time frame that was selected on their web site. Also for any addittional info they contacted me on whatsap which I gave them and we managed to update the correct delivery address , and all in english language! Definitely would buy from them again.

The company is a big scam and operates to do money laundry. I placed an order for a gourmet basket and I paid $383. After several days of delay, they delivered two small packages of expired chicken!!! When I tried to follow up with them, they blocked my number... After chasing their local agent who has delivered the expired meat, he gave us the receipt of purchase for those expired chicken which was a fraction of what I have paid ( worth $40). The chicken s were expired by more than 3 months and were not edible! Once I filed complaint with PayPal, they began sending threatening emails that they will harrass my family in Iran . This is a BIG SCAM and operates solely to do money laundry. Shoppers be aware. To make the matter worse, they sent a dozen threatening message VIA EMAIL threatening my family as well as threatening that they reach out to my connection on LinkedIn! They have out these in EMAIL! I wish I could attach the screenshot of their messages here but look up my google review and I have attached the screenshots there

I recently ordered flowers from Golbazar and was surprised by the quality and freshness of flowers. It was on time delivery and delivery man was very polite. I strongly recommend this company for your surprises.

I've recently ordered an gift for someone, with food, flowers and a stuffed animal. I selected the next-day delivery option for a very decent fee of 9.99$. The gift was delivered in the specified time frame, the gift was in great condition, the flowers were fresh, great service.

I'm very satisfied, and I very much recommend this service to deliver gifts to for example Iran (which is pretty much impossible for me from Europe).
