I sent flowers to my mother in Tehran for her birthday via Golbazar for the first time, but alas, her birthday coincides with Valentines day, and the flowers were delivered later than I had hoped. I called Golbazar to offer some feedback and found its customer support to be super attentive, apologetic and really nice. They even sent an apology bouquet to my mother the next day, which made her day. Clearly this is a company that cares about its customers a great deal, which is quite rare in this day and age. Hoping to be a returning customer.

The worse online shopping experience I’ve ever had. The price is super high and the quality is awful. I complained and sent more than 10 messages and the lady ( Negin in online chat) never responded! Do not recommend this to anyone !

It is convenient but customer service is very bad. Also, ordered merchandise is very different from what they send to the recepients. It is not like you get a wicked deal on the price so this kind of service is unjustifiable!!!

Could surprise my mom on Mothers day. Perfect service and high quality product delivered with respect.

The worse online shopping experience I have ever had. They take advantage of people’s feeling who want to make their loved ones happy. The prices are super high and unreasonable for the awful awful awful service they give. I have never ever written a bad review in my life but had to write this one. Don't do business with this company. They do not even respond to costumers for the awful job they have done. Very irresponsible and they just steel your money and time.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day and they delivered it almost midnight! my mother was asleep at that time. I called them, sent messages several times that day, no one responded. Terrible customer service! Really disappointing.

Terrible quality! They never send the product they show on their website. The quality of the item being sent is even less than one-tenth of what you order. They also charge 10 dollars for sending an item to Tehran. I paid then over 1 million tomans for a flower basket and my family received a pot with 5 flowers and too many leaves!!!

I had a great experience. Great quality and it was delivered on time. Thanks for helping me to keep in touch with my family. I will order again.

I have ordered a plant and a book. They did not deliver on the requested date nor they did refund my money.
I have been going back and forth with them for the past month and they did not refund nor they answer my emails and phone calls.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

As the first time order just was worried about the service which may be like some other websites. Fortunately everything was perfect and on time. Ordered flower (even quality or quantity) was the exact same as described on website. Gifts quality was good.
To me the most important part was customer service which I found trustable, vigilant and responsible.
I'd definitely order again and so happy to have such a great Persian online gift ordering website.

Terrible service!! This compnay is very irresponsible in delivering your order. If you want to send a present on a certain date definitely don’t hope this online shop can do that for you. I have purchased very expensive present on this website for my mum’s 60th celebration and we still haven’t received. Customers service is ignoring our emails and messages. I’m getting to conclusion this website may have fraud shops and products and they don’t have any control on or maybe this website itself is a fraud. What I’m 100% sure is that I paid so much and I haven’t received any product in return!!! I will not use here anymore, I won’t recommend you to do and I’ll share this will all my friends.

Absolutely not recommend. I have been a customer for years but every year this company gets worst. The last two months, I placed two orders. With the first, they did even look at the comments on my order, did not include name of the sender with the delivery and the person who got it, had no idea where it came from. Last week, I placed and order and got a confirmation for delivery on Sunday. No delivery was made, no notification was sent that they are not able to deliver and this morning, after trying three time to get a status update, I get an email that it was sent by post but needs three days to get there. No apologies and no comments as to why they did not communicate this sooner. They are NOT able to speak English regardless of what they advertise. Every communication is sent in Farsi. Their website is horrible – functions do not work, it is slow and again, it only works partially at best if you try to use English. Last but not least, they try to cheat customers by sending extremely poor-quality products or downsizing your order even though you pay a very high price. As embarrassing as it sounds, you always have to ask the person who got the delivery about the details to make sure, it is what was promised to you and what you actually purchased. Shameful !
