Great for Hair
I started using Gold Collagen 10 - 15 years ago because my hair was in a dreadful condition & I couldn’t grow it past shoulder length. Within 6 months, my hair started growing & became thicker. It is now almost down to my waist. Tried a cheaper collagen for a month’s holiday & my hair deteriorated. I now take less clothes so I can have my Gold Collagen Forte.

Subscription Cancellation and Lack of Response
I recently purchased goods from this company, and to my surprise, I was automatically subscribed to a service. After being charged for the first subscription, I immediately tried to cancel it. However, despite sending four emails, I have not received a single response.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication reflects very poorly on the company's customer service. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customers, and I would not recommend this business to anyone expecting reliable support or transparency.

I haven’t received my product
I haven’t received my product. Tracking says they have left an address if a post office which I can collect from. They have left no slip and in any case I expect my parcel to be delivered to my house. Collection is totally unacceptable, is delivery driver incapable of ringing a door bell.

Fast delivery with nice packaging
Fast delivery with nice packaging. The only concern is the packaging filling isn’t sustainable material which is a shame. I recommend using something like brown paper or recyclable material instead.
