I ordered the wrong thing. I have sent many emails and no answer. I wanted to return it and get my money back. Terrible company. I will report to BBB If don’t get a response for my last email today!! Very disappointed.!!!

I purchased some items my wife wanted…

I purchased some items my wife wanted for Christmas. I odder three items in November and I inquired many times about when my order will ship. I was told that "they have my order and are actively pulling my order and I would get a notification when it ships. Christmas is next week and I still don't have what I ordered. I asked for a refund and now they will not respond to me. Never oder anything from this company

This company is fraud


This company is fraud. I purchased keyboard for iPad and it is definatley poorly made but to top it off they sent me a "used case". They won't return emails, messages on social media nor answer the phone. Stay away. I'm out $230.

Fraudulent Company, Don’t let them do this to you!

I was initially lured into making a purchase with this company based on cherry picked and false reviews on FaceBook. Soon after I made the purchase at 6:07 PM on a Sunday, I had a bad feeling and did further research finding all of the negative reviews by independent review sites. Just over 12 hours later, I contacted Gold and Cherry to cancel the order (6:46 AM) Monday morning which would entitle me to a full refund before the product shipped. They ignored my cancellation request and went ahead and shipped the order over 4 hours later. Three hours after that, they told me it was too late to cancel and that I would now have to deal with the return policy which is highly onerous and justifies them gouging you for a $25 fee for shipping. As soon as the package arrived (in cheap, hardly protective packaging) I requested the RMA and completed all of their requirements for shipping the product back (photos of packaging and shipping packaging that must protect the device going back). I NEVER OPENED THE PRODUCT so it was new/unopened per their return policy. I sent the product back in a well protected box with insurance and tracking. They confirmed they received the shipment and would be issuing a refund. PER THEIR POLICY the refund should have been $169.90 - $25 =$144.90. The refund was $10. When I inquired about the error, Angelo (there supposed excellent customer service agent, HAH) ghosted me and never responded again. I met all of their onerous return requirements, including the timelines. Don’t trust any of these bogus positive reviews. None of them can be real. Also do yourself a favor and check the Better Business Bureau site on them. It states they are not accredited due to compliants. Buy from a reputable company, like Amazon where you can find the exact same keyboard by Typecase for nearly 50% less

I ordered a iPad case after I ordered it I was then informed after a few days it could take up to 30 days to ship I then tried to contact their support team another joke no one ever answered the phone no matter what time I called left messages no response left many emails I finally got a response that the order was waiting for carrier email with tracking number to follow no such email ever came do not order from this company

My keyboard failed after less than 2…

My keyboard failed after less than 2 months - started randomly typing “w” whenever I tried to use it. Company would only offer a 50% off a new item but would not say if it was off the retail price or the “sale” price I paid. Furthermore they say and I quote. “ Our warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear including failed/broken items, bands, hinges, Keys, batteries etcetera”. So basically their warranty is useless. Stay away from this company they are a major scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I had to send mine back as it did not fit. Followed all instructions to the T thru UPS. They did state they charge $25 to restock, but what they won't tell you is they will only refund $10 period. So I ended up paying $84 as I went thru ShopPay and paid 2 payments and only received $10. From what I'm seeing, that seems to be all they will refund period.

Second Posting, They do Not listen!!

This is my second posting on the quality of customer service from Gold & Cherry. Save yourself some aggravation, DO NOT BUY from them. There are many similar products that you can get on Amazon, with customer service more than glad to listen to you. The result of my first post on Trustpilot led to their standard boiler plate response: Please contact to discuss. I of course did that, and my response from them totally did not address the issue. They sent me 2 Ipad case/keyboards. I only ordered one. They basically accused me of lying to them, and that I did order two. I ultimately had to return the second one that I did not order, and the return postage cost me, $27.00. My return was processed no problem, but Gold & Cherry owes me $27.00. Do not patronize this company.

If you buy don’t ever expect a return…

If you buy don’t ever expect a return for refund. Wrong keyboard sent. After paying for return and a total of $158 sent they refunded $10. What a crock. Don’t even think of calling customer service, straight to recorded message. Call 20 times no answer. Just a learning experience. Don’t fall for their poor business practices

9/5/24. Got an email saying G&C would refund $149. NOT TRUE. Just checked my card. They refunded $64.95. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, they claim a one year manufacturer warranty but when you try to claim it they refer you to the small print in there warranty statement that says they will only give you a 50% discount on a new product. My keyboard lasted about 6 months. The hardware totally failed and they refused to replace it unless I paid 50% of a new one. Total scam.

Not a good protective case for an expensive ipad

I was really excited about this iPad cover, but I'm so disappointed that it didn't work for me. My iPad fell because the holders weren't secure. When I contacted the company to share my experience, there was no resolution. I ended up having to buy another case to protect my iPad.

This was their resolution but why would I want another case that didn't work.
We can provide you with a new item at a 50% discount.

I'll be buying another!

The case (my second one) did not fit my new iPad. I returned it. After the suggestion was made, I put the refund on hold pending the new case becoming available. It's taking a little longer to have the finished product, so I eventually asked for a refund and the support team were very responsive and timely.

Possible Case Issue

Bad on/off button

Customer service was very quick in responding to my issues. I had an issue with m on/off button not working properly. They quickly sent me a replacement. The replacement is working perfectly. Plus my mouse and pen are also working great.

Rapid response, by a real person. Who quickly escalated the problem for technical evaluation.
Quick confirmation that they problem required product replacement. Received the replacement quickly , and am back up in running - the Gold & Cherry keyboard is a major tool in my daily life. When it didn’t work, I couldn’t work. Now its back, and I’m happy .

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They advertise high end products but in fact have a cheap product with the worst customer returns in the business. They will do anything to keep from a refund. I just received a $360 case that had broken keys. They will not accept back until I send it off to repair the keyboard. I wish I’d read reviews before buying. Also, when they do accept a product back,they are punitive and do not give you a full refund
