It is easy to purchase the items. Which is great. However, it would be good to see what the value of the item is after buying it. The value of the metal in the wallet is significantly less than the purchase price.
If the fees and whatever costs are shown before the transaction, it would be a more open and, in my opinion, preferable process.

After creating my account, where they asked for all the necessary information (ID photo, current photo, whether I'm a public employee, etc.), when it came time to pay, they rejected two perfectly working credit cards and automatically blocked my account.

It was a great and smooth first investment experience. One little suggestion I have is to highlight the additional fee to be payed when using Twint (maybe put it in bold) and to make it more explicit in the fee label that it's a Twint fee and not a company fee (the text was too generic). This allows the client to switch payment method if it suits him rather than leaving because of a misunderstanding, like I almost had.

My bank's wire department failed to properly submit the wire transfer and notify me or my banker of the issue. I notified Gold Avenue that I had submitted the transfer and they worked with me fairly and patiently despite the delay in payment. After I contacted my banker and he figured out the issue I was able to resubmit the transfer and successfully complete the initial purchase!
