I recently had a frustrating experience with Goldbaby. My order arrived on two separate days, which was inconvenient, and to make matters worse, two front wheels were missing. The customer service was incredibly disappointing; they have poor communication and didn't pick up the phone or respond to my messages on Messenger. Overall, I'm very unhappy with this service.

I ordered a travel system from here on the 13th of July. Never received any confirmation email or shipping information. Contacted the seller on the 27th and wasn’t offered any information apart from my items would be sent out after the 10th of august. When asked if it was normal for shipping to take so long I got no response. I waited patiently and on the 17th of august messaged again to try and track my items. Again I wasn’t offered any tracking information just told that my items would be here in the next 5 days. It’s now the 26th of august and I still have not received my items and the seller has stopped responding. I have opened a claim with paypal to get a refund. My baby is due in 6 weeks time. My advice is not to order anything from this seller. She’s unprofessional and her customer service is abysmal.

She is unprofessional she cannot send to my country the products and she cannot help me so after two months I lose the items and hopefully PayPal hold my money and refund to me after two months I’m pregnant eight months and the seller cannot refund to me the money earlier to buy other products for my baby it was so sad this communication conversation and cooperation
