I've visited Gold Bank twice now, once last year to sell my late Aunt's jewellery, and again today to sell my mum's jewellery. I was helped today by Shannon who was lovely.

On both occasions I was met with professionalism and compassion.

The staff were thorough, careful and discreet. They checked the items I brought in and were happy to check unmarked jewellery pieces for me using their x-ray machine. (On both occasions a piece that I believed to be worthless turned our to be real gold.)

I was very happy with the valuation I received on both visits and felt under no pressure to sell, but was happy to do so.

The sale was very straightforward, they just checked my ID, took my bank account details and moments later the money was in my account.

I would definitely recommend Gold Bank if you need to sell any unwanted gold jewellery.

Visited Gold Bank in Nottingham and Reanne dealt with us. She was lovely. Very professional and we did not feel under pressure to sell at all. I bought 3 5g gold biscuits. Ordered at night came i 2 days. Very fast service.

Asked over the phone before turning up to southall branch but not mentioned anything when got to the store was told that I cant buy with business debit card. Lots of time waste lots of questions asked for simple transaction. Manager is clueless and doesnt have courage to face the customer and answer some simple questions

Very bad customer service unfortunately I was trying to buy from the website many times but they declined my ID verification once due to changes in my address only although I provided my password and bank statement with my name and address then I couldn’t buy again!!

Excellent service, furqan suddique served us and his sales are excellent moreover he’s a very humble man. The jewellery designs here are also the best and affordable.
