I bought a skiing suit black and white from this brand through Gorsuch and used it once. I washed as recommended and the black transferred to the white. They are saying I did something and I caused the damage. I only followed their instructions about the wash. I used the suit in one day, the next day washed and had to return it to store to check. They claim that won’t do anything about.

I find as a skier that their clothing is very good quality and the technical aspects are excellent at staying dry.
I have ordered directly from Goldbergh and through Winternational, My Theressa etc in the UK. I've never had any issue at all ordering directly with them - have done so for over 5 years now. Very quick delivery, very good at returns, and I found them very helpful.
I would say my many many times of ordering with them directly have been excellent.

Ordered second jacket for sizing. This one was too big so I returned it. Stress free return and monies refunded promptly. Great Customer Service.

Worse customer service ever for the price point. I have made the order January 14. They put wrong data for DHL so DHL could not receive. Tons of emails and messages in chat they did nothing. After 2 weeks parcel went back to warehouse they are using. 10 days later still they have not processed to re-ship. Unbelievable... Never buy online from them... Customer support should be like 2-3 people...
Bought some Goldbergh Charmer mittens…
Bought some Goldbergh Charmer mittens online last year but didn’t get round to wearing them until last week. After 3 days skiing the leather on the inside of the thumbs wore through where you hold the poles. Contacted Goldbergh and they don’t want to know. The mittens are expensive and not fit for purpose. Would certainly not recommend them.

Ordered a scarf for my daughter for Christmas
The first time she it was used, it bobbled terribly.
It looked so old and tatty . I contacted customer service who told me they couldn’t do anything about it and buy a bobble remover. I did do this , it just made it fluffier. £109.00 I do not expect this to happen .
Then I find out AI replied to me with this information not a real person . This is a ridiculous carry on and totally unacceptable.

Several emails have resulted in apologies, but no solution has been found...
An empty Christmas tree and a feeling of sadness.
The delivery service is completely disastrous.
No one knows where our package is.
Luxury means complete customer satisfaction, not just taking an online order and then outsourcing the delivery to incompetent people.
After hours on the phone trying to reach someone, they had the nerve to tell me I was out for the delivery, even though I took three days off work to wait for my package. What delivery driver doesn't have a mobile phone to call in 2025?
I reiterate my regret at having ordered this for Christmas.

Just don’t bother ordering from them from the UK
All their products come from Netherlands, so you would be taxed. The delivery company they use is UPS. And if you need to return the item, you would be charged (I was charged £20) and UPS drop off app (YEPP!) does not works- it keeps crashing. Goldbergh can’t do anything to help. So now I am stuck with £1500 worth of goods, without any means to return them! Awfully frustrating experience!
Extremely Delayed Order & No Accountability from Customer Service
I placed an order with Goldbergh expecting the advertised 2–4 day delivery, especially as the item cost nearly £300. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
Although a UPS label was created, the parcel was never handed over to UPS, meaning UPS cannot collect or deliver anything. Despite this, customer service repeatedly tried to frame the delay as a UPS issue, rather than acknowledging that the package is still sitting in their warehouse.
After several emails, I still have no clear answer about when the parcel will actually be dispatched. I’m travelling soon and ordered in good faith based on their stated delivery times, but their lack of transparency and responsibility has caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
It is unacceptable for a premium brand to provide such vague, unhelpful responses while failing to meet their own delivery commitments.
I genuinely hope they improve their fulfilment process and customer communication, because at the moment, it falls far below what you would expect from a company at this price point.
A Letdown from a Brand I Usually Appreciate
Unfortunately my most recent experience was quite disappointing. I had placed an order and paid via PayPal, but due to a delay in their system, the payment did not appear on Goldbergh’s side. Although PayPal confirmed that the amount had already been deducted from my account and was on its way to Goldbergh, my order could not be processed.
As a result, I missed out on the ski suit I was really looking forward to, and I had to wait almost two weeks without any clarity. Even though this situation was completely out of my control, and I was the one experiencing the inconvenience, no form of compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered.
For a brand in this higher segment, I would have expected at the very least a customer-oriented solution or some form of compensation, especially considering the impact this issue had on me as a customer.
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

Great quality and unique products. The clothing are beautiful and functional. The website is easy to navigate. The time between order and receiving the item is extremely short despite it coming from the Netherlands.

I’ve bought a few items from Goldbergh over the years and have been happy with them, but unfortunately the customer service if you have a problem is shocking. I expected so much more from a premium brand. I have broken a zip on the back of a pair of ski pants and contacted the company to see if I could purchase a replacement zip from them to get them fixed. They wouldn’t supply me with a spare zip and said I would need to take them back to the shop. I explained I live in the UK and bought them in France and they said there was nothing they could do to help. It’s a shame that I can’t get a standard zip to fit, so I have to buy another pair of ski pants. I certainly won’t be buying Goldbergh again. They were very patronising and unhelpful, really disappointing!
